This guest house looked rather dull and not very tidy. The room which i stayed in had curtains which was falling of the railing and a bed cover with a hole. I really dreaded going back to this guest house after work. Overall this place needs to be brought back into the 21st century.

On the quiet side of town. Host family runing the place was accomodating and included breakfast was fine. Parking on a one way street - no problem for me. Easy to locate with Garmin. Heater kept us warm. Bathroom was tight and uses instant water heater type so lower flow. But no points taken here - it is a B&B after all and you'd expect a house and not a hotel right?

Stunning scenery easy access to town centre. Fulfilled the purpose of our visit to Inverness exactly. There was nothing you could fault at this guest house and have already told several people about our stay.

Nice residential central location. Enjoyed having a first floor room - yay! No stairs to cart luggage up! Very enjoyable full Scottish breakfast. Very friendly owners. Would recommend. Nothing to dislike. Great value, nice central location in Inverness.

The hostess was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, your choice of all or some of what was offered. Location was close to store, pub and downtown.east access to main roads. Need to remember the size of rooms. They were comfortable but most of the rooms if you turn around quickly you run into yourself. They are"small" large people could not fit. No complaints, just remember rooms are small.

I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty of space for my stuff. The welcome was warm and the breakfast excellent. The main road was nearby, but noise wasn't a problem. The room was clean and very well presented

The owner was lovely and so helpful. My room was freshly decorated and had lovely special touches such as Quality Street sweeties and an ipod speaker! Breakfast was superb and had so much choice, it was very enjoyable. The location was a bit out of the way of the main B&B 'strip' but really it wasn't a big deal - and only a 10 minute walk up to the main shopping area.

Good room - very spacious and clean and well stocked with tea/coffee as well as water and Celebration chocolates. Location is a bit out of the way. Breakfast starts at 8am and that is not great for business travellers with an early start.

Being a solo traveller who had spent 20 odd hours push biking from Wick in the appalling weather that Scotland could throw at me, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. My bike was secured over night in the dining room. The room, which was spotlessly clean, was spacious with a really comfortable bed. The breakfast set me up for the day, and the location was literally only a 5 minute bike ride from Inverness train station and city centre. I would most certainly stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending this guest house.

The choice of food for breakfast was vast catering for everyone, really friendly owner, clean room with free wi-fi. I didn't really appreciate the dried flowers in the bedroom, was also a wee bit nervous of knocking the vases over (could just be a bloke thing!)
