Self service breakfast at a time to suit us
Warm, homely, clean, relaxing, everything we needed was available, loved staying in the James suite
Mattress in main bed
THE FACT THAT YOU COULD HELP YOURSELF TO JUICES,FRUITS AND BREAKFASTS.
IT WAS ALL GOOD
Very clean. Excellent, helpful service.
Great location for NEC, quiet and comfy. Self serve breakfast was a first, but lots of choice and meant I could make what I wanted. Excellent value for money
Clean, modern, comfy, good facilities and setting.
Shared bathroom, but fine for a short break. Would try for ensuite room next time.
A comfortable suburban home - you let yourself in and make yourself at home. I only spoke to host by phone and just helped myself. I thought I was alone in the house until I was joined for breakfast by another guest. Excellent value for money in a convenient location for both the NEC and Birmingham International Airport
Just a little difficult to find on a street in an estate of houses with almost nothing to distinguish it as a guest-house.
Location; quiet residential Accommodation; clean and well equipped. Facilities; Wifi, complimentary toiletries, full set of condiments in kitchen.
Breakfast; Bacon and eggs not separately packed and identified according to rooms. Hence used up by other guests. Washing up; Some guests felt it was not their responsibility to wash up after themselves and left their washing up piled in the sink area. Noise; Our room (James) was next to the kitchen. Some guests woke up very early and was not quiet in when using the kitchen.
Lack of staff.
Being able to have self catering in the kitchen- get your own breakfast, make sandwiches for the day and come home and cook a meal . Kitchen well stocked with every thing needed to cook with - and plenty of food -from bread to fruit, yogurts bacon eggs and lots more Spotlessly clean and well run Garden to sit in at the end of the day if the weathers good
There is nothing I didn't like - It has it all
close to industrial area, price, staff and contact
Liked the family suite very comfortable and felt like home from home . The kitchen facilities were excellent with plenty for breakfast . Would stay again if no one else stayed above us .
Unfortunately we had noisey people staying in the room above whom came in about midnight and crashed about for an hour ! And the communal kitchen was next to our bedroom so got noise from there too .
Helpful information about local transport and restaurants available Cleanliness, hassle free access Parking space near guest house Quiet neighbourhood Resource as described
Nice room, lovely bed. Kitchen well stocked and well equity
Lounge tired and dated. No member of staff present at any time, it is a completely unmanned b&b. Same price as a normal b&b but you have to cook your own breakfast
The self serve breakfast was nice. The room was nice. A lovely B&B with wifi and sofas and a TV in the front room. Very quiet location
A bit too much storage/wardrobes in the room and the mattress sunk in the middle.
Very clean & tidy, easy walk into the town, ample choice for the "do it yourself breakfast", plenty of parking space,
Quiet and clean
no reception was odd,but did not put us off.
Excellent value for money. Very comfortable room with all required facilities.
Having to leave.
Just perfect for us, no surprises. Thank you.
ever so clean and tidy
had bottom floor which had own private lounge, very clean and rooms looked at on daily basis. very homely and fridge was well stocked with food for breakfast. kitchen spotless. Great place. would stay again
my bedroom was next to kitchen. Smell of cooking was always in bedroom
