I stayed once before on business here probably in an executive room which was very nice. The garden, bar area, general sitting of the hotel, breakfast room and breakfast were nice. The swimming pool area is small but cosy. Overall impression remains positive; however it feels like some area of the hotel are in need of plumbing upgrade or at least maintenance though. This time we were given a room on the aisle on the 3rd floor which was smaller and not as nice as previously. (We took a last minute deal at £99 per night including breakfast this time). There were no dressing gown in the room this time and the room didn't appear to be well soundproof. We could hear next door shower and the room heating system generated a lot of pipe noise for large period of time which went on during the evening and started again in the early morning waking us up at 07:30am. You can only get free internet access in the lobby. We took some drinks at the bar. Be aware at the bar, a small glass of baileys is charged £6.60 (more than the price of a full bottle in any grocery store!) and a coffee £3.85. |

Distance to my office in Ashurst Manor; eagerness of the staff to help at any time; the very thought of having the muffins; tea & coffe for early birds as an alternative to full breakfast menu; the breakfast menu (cold, hot, beverages, cereals, fruits....), the landscaping at the property the equipments in the gym require an upgrade; sound proofing of the room needs urgent attention...i just could not sleep on the last night (22nd Oct) because of the noises coming from the adjacent room...it was horrible. |

Some of the staff were very friendly (reception and bar staff). The grounds were beautiful and the food very good Only one very small bottle of shower gel. The hotel room was extremely hot even though we'd turned the radiator off. |

Great feel about the place, very helpful staff, particularly the bar staff in the evening, would certainly be very happy to return. Low power lighting in the bedroom my wife found oit difficult to make up maybe a normal light adjacent to the dressing table would be better |

Oasis of calm 10 minutes from Windsor and Legoland. Lovely grounds, nice rooms, nice lounge area, pool small but ideal for children, great breakfast. Would have liked free internet in room. Wi-fi was however free in lounge. |

I thought the setting of the hotel was very nice and the hotel itself was a good mixture of modern with a grade II listed feel. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was very reasonable. |

Excellent location for Ascot races, staff were very helpful, rooms were lovely and value for money. The drinks in the bar were very expensive, a pot of coffee for two was £7.90 and a brandy £9.40. suprisingly the bar was not used a great deal. |

Although a very brief stay everyone seemed to be very helpful and polite, even though it was very busy. They seemed unaware of the rate and that breakfast was included within that as per your confirmation email, and i did not have all of the doc with me, and so had to pay extra for breakfast, I intend to forward a copy of the confirmation email to them.. |

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. there was lots of light coming in which was really nice. I thought the tea and biscuits were lacking slightly though. Two teabags for two people in 24 hours isn't quite enough when you are a tea drinker and one packet of biscuits between two was a little stingy! |

Peaceful & queitness of the surrounding area. Food was not up to standard. This needs to be addressed. I had read previous reviews on the hotel and the most comments read was about the quality of the food. Therefore it was no surprise that the quality was poor. Saying that thoiugh, I would have thought you would have picked this up by now and remedied the situation. |
