Hotel was great, modern and very classy. A great stat
When booking the trip I needed 6 rooms. I was supposed to be charged for 1 room and the other 5 paid on checkout. Allowing my friendS to pay for their own rooms. However the 5 other rooms were charged to my card on random days between booking and staying. Initial booking was on 10th jam but payment continued through February and one was even in March. This is a disgrace- booking.com- sort this system out. Incured charges and maxed card out. £500 instead of 75 is a disgrace
Excellent room,comfortable and very clean.
t The only issue we had during our stay was having to wait about 20 minutes for sausages on the Sunday morning for breakfast.
Great location for center of Bristol Comfortable rooms Good restaurant Reliable WiFi Efficient and courteous staff
OK, but average breakfast
Parking was easy and reasonably priced, only a short walk from the station and 10min on foot into the centre. The bar area was nice to relax in with friendly and attentive staff.
Paper-thin wall meant we were woken up and kept awake when the people next door rocked up drunk at 4am, they weren't being that loud but we could follow their conversation word for word. The room was also a bit hot and stuffy for my liking.
Bar staff were fab ,friendly and chatty
Rooms are very small but clean but we had a door in our room that went into the other room! I know it was locked but the neighbours kept me and my friend awake in the night having fun !!!
The cleanliness and quality of fixtures and fittings. Good breakfast. Later check out time of 11.00 very helpful.
Never enough milk cartons provided. Very cheap toilet paper.
Excellent decor and warm reception. Prime location to hit top Bristol attractions at a good price.
The friendly staff
Pleasant staff and an iron in the room!
We stayed on a very cold night and felt that the quilt was not adequate. However, we did not ask for a second one so perhaps we could have solved this problem on the day if we had done so.
The warmth of the staff was remarkable. The location also worked for us being very close to the station even though we drove up there. There was a good variety for the breakfast also.
We found the room quite small for a King room. Not that it was that small but the designation as King had us expecting more. The sound insulation was quite poor as we could literally hear other guests in their room.
Great location Decent weekend rates Good (albeit expensive) breakfast Comfortable rooms, slightly on the small side. Great staff
Slight damp mould smell in room (3rd floor) Pretty characterless building without much natural light What's with the cookie nonsense?! If you want to give me something, how about some fruit! Really dislike this. Expensive breakfast, particularly if you don't book in advance Shower head designed to only accomodate small people - at 6'1" I had to do a semi squat to get my head under the shower!
nice hotel with great breakfast buffe. the reason why i just booked our next stay again at this location
the souroundings are not that nice. Wifi at the room was at cost only.
Staff at reception and comfy bed.
It smelled too much of air freshener
Very standard hotel, nothing special, comfortable with mainste decoration and facilities
Bathroom sink and shower drain needed attention as waste water not draining away quickly
The location was pefect for both the shopping and for drinks on the harbourside. No vehicles were needed as both locations were easily reached on foot.
Good location. Very clean.
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable which resulted in a bad nights sleep and back ache for days.
King size bed. Easy parking on site Easy short walk to harbours, shops, restaurants
Very comfortable beds, lovely rooms and helpful staff. Good location.
Very clean and staff very friendly! Enjoyed the free cookie!
The staff were very attentive and accommodating to our two young children.
the TV sound did not work. We were told when we checked on that breakfast would be £10 per person but were asked to pay £27 for 2 when we turned up in the morning. I thought the parking charge was high as we arrived late and checked out early.
The bathroom and bed were really nice. Liked that you had wifi in the rooms.
The staff. The breakfast.
The walls are very thin so you can clearly hear your neighbours talking. Also, we were woken 3 times during the night by different groups of people in the corridor shouting/laughing/screaming/slamming doors. We paid a similar price to stay in a Business Class room at the Radisson Blu and this was of a far superior standard.
Bed v comfy.
Clean, friendly, modern, breakfast excellent
although comfortable we would have preferred a larger bed.
