Good location and excellant breakfast. The room was quite so no disturbance of sleep. Airport bus drops off and picks up at the front of heotel. The fitness centre is tired and not what yiouwould expect from a 4 star hotel. Not a place to go if your looking for a leasure centre.

Quiet & relaxed bar. Facilities good.. i.e hair-dryer...iron etc. Food was nice & fresh. Group booking. Booked 'TWIN' Rooms. We expected x2 single beds... we were given x1 double bed and what can only be descibed as a 'camp bed'. Rooms were small. For x2 adults to share not what a lot of people would expect. This should be made much clearer on website. One room was on a different floor. 'Group booking' made in January. We should have all been together. We pre-booked 'late check out' & paid for an extra hour. Room keys are blocked after 12 noon but guests not advised until after they try to gain access to their rooms & have to go back to reception to find out why they can't get in. Some of the guests were spoken to rudely by a member of staff when they pressed the wrong floor in the lift my mistake. Customer services...?

Location wise it was city centre. This hotel is awful. The rooms are in no way sound-proofed at all. It sounded as if the people in the room next door were actually in our room. In now way is it a 4star hotel - they don't even provide bottled water in the room. The bathrooms are very basic and are in need of an upgrade.

The stay was good comfy bed good meal and breakfast location was great We was sent to a smoking room and only found out after first morning as did not see the sign. Bathroom should have been checked as was a little few bits missed. The shower could have been able to be adjusted more as my partner is only 4 ft.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to and from for a city hotel and had on site parking - always a plus! There was a charge for this.

Helpful location, near to train station. Breakfast was tasty. Very dark and outdated inside, and difficult to find entrance not 4 star standard in our opinion, we were quite dissapointed. When we arrived we were told we had 'been booked into the novotel, which is a nice enough hotel'. We were not happy with this as we had specifically chosen a hotel with pool & gym, the staff then said we could stay after all, rather strange. Our room was fine, but the bathroom smelt of cigarettes which was rather off putting and the bath itself was very outdated & small. The tv did not have great reception & a bad picture. The pool was very small & had blaring awful euro pop music which was not relaxing at all. We cannot believe this is classed as a 4* star hotel.
