het heeft een gezellige ambiance, het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en de ligging op 10 loopminuten van het centrum is ideaal! |

I did in fact make a complaint on our first night and nothing was done about it. The welcoming staff were to say the best only average. The best part was your restaurant which was beautiful, but sadly we could not eat there the first night because you had a private party of which we were not advised and the sandwich we had in the bar was rubbish,but the staff were exceptional at both our breakfasts. |

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the girls serving in the bar. The hotel was extremely busy with Christmas parties and had a great atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean but in serious need of refurbishment. I always choose the Ramada when going on short trips but I would not return to this one until it is refurbished. The location was or key reason for staying here i.e beside the train. If I am being 100% honest the hotel is long overdue a refurbishment. It is clean but it is extremely grubby i.e bathroom taps have been cleaned well considering how old they are. There are old old hairdryers in the bathrooms which need to be removed. I am not complaining - more constructive criticism. |

Comfortable bed, quiet. Reception staff were unfriendly throughout and actually quite rude when I first checked in. The 1st room we were given smelt of urine and the bathroom was grubby. We asked to move which they did agree to and the 2nd room was clean and tidy. However there was no apology for the 1st room. The waiter/waitress staff were terrible. The table wasn't laid properly and I had to go and find someone to ask for a knife and jug of milk with my tea. Also no-one came to ask whether we wanted the 'breakfast special' so again I had to find someone to ask. This happened on both mornings we stayed at the hotel. |

Comfortable bed. Too far out of city centre. Slow check in - No towels in bathroom on arrival (after 2:00p.m.) Layout of breakfast inadequate- resulting in long queues to enter area, and get food. Lifts jammed on departure - having to walk down 5 flights of stairs with luggage. |

Breakfast excellent - service not so good on the sat morning Asked for non smoking rooms, but were given smoking. Everything smelled of smoke, even the bedding. Very noisy outside our room on one night. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and secure car parking. Fixed shower head and cold tea at breakfast. Difficult to locate in the dark as signs not well lit. |

Polite and helpful staff. Restaurant was high quality service and food at normal restaurant prices. Bar/coffee area service and comfort justifiied the slightly higher prices.For Starbucks prices you got a 4* service from professional but friendly staff. |

I had hoped for a more up-market hotel for the money. It was in fact little better than a Travel Lodge. Adequate but no more. Bedrooms had astonishingly limited storage- no drawers - a very small bathroom, and, as a business person, I'd have preferred less bed and more room space. Good restaurant, reception and bar staff, but surprisingly very limited menu. Very few if any road signs to indicate how to get to the hotel off the Redland way dual carriageway. I found this very awkward the first night. Breakfasts were good. In my room, there were 5 sachets of decaffeinated coffee and no ordinary ones. The second night there were 10 sachets of decaf and 1 ordinary coffee, despite having left a polite note. Shower not great, toilet slow flush and fill. |

Close to the train station. Clean. Nicely decorated. Couldn't open window and found the room got quite stuffy even with the radiator turned right down. Location was good for getting to and from the train station, however not walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping etc. |

It was ok, I would not stay there again, due to the fact we were on a business trip, but my friend who lives in Bristol said it was 'a bad area' and that we were not to walk into town but to get a taxi.The staff need to have better English, a few errors happened. I loved the bar and the breakfast room. The staff in the breakfast room were very attentive, friendly and oblidgeing. We did not have dinner as we were meeting business clients I did not like the location. I thought we were booking the other hotel near the quays (jurys) |

Only 5 minute drive from shopping centre. Really good breakfast in a round room which was very unusual and helpful staff. Rooms were nicely decorated and would definitely stay again. |

Location, close to centre and car parks to N and S facilitating traffic avoidance when coming from either direction. Breakfast was excellent, good quality and very wide choice. Converted kiln dining room had great character. Room was very scruffy. Chair had large tear, replaced following complaint, The shades of bedside lamps were held to their wire frames by what looked like chewing gum, one had a large stain, the other was hanging off when we arrived. The sealant round the bath below shower had black mould and the wall below shower was slimy. |

Nice room ,easy check in, comfy bed, no street noise ( side room ). Room service efficient, close to city centre, easy parking (£5) Pool and Sauna small. Room service not cheap and not fast at clearing trays, several left out in corridor, I did ask on booking for high floor but got level two, it was fine. |

Steam room not working; no towels for swimming pool; swimming pool cold/air temp warm. Lifts shabby. Tried to ring hotel for more explicit directions before check-in - no direct number given on booking form -call goes to call centre. Spoke to 3 different numbers before getting hotel number which then rang out. Price of breakfast high. |
