The food was excellent, the staff were polite and friendly. Only a couple of minor points,it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, and as we only drink De caff, some De caff tea bags as well as the coffee already there

restaurant was excellent with quality food, well prepared and service was top line, with attention to details, such as single women travellers as seating is important so that you do not feel either vulnerable or 'on display' as a single. hard to find anything to dislike, maybe a lift would have been an advantage, and the mattress was very hard, but really nothing of any significance.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, Hairs in bath and a lost tablet is under the toilet cistern so show that it had not been cleaned thoroughly

Lovely four poster bed, comfortable mattress, hot bath Since the weather was bad many extra people stayed there and even though I had pre-booked the room a couple of weeks in advance, I was left with the only room - which was a very nice room, but the door didn't lock and it took 2 members of staff working on the lock for about 3 quarters of an hour to temporarily fix it. Since it was then so late at night, I then couldn't go down to get a meal and had to have room service. So not exactly the relaxing night I had had planned having to have my dinner in the room whilst the door was being repaired.

All ok, I have stayed there before. The room was good with plenty of space. They wanted to charge you for internet use! I always forget when I check in but I've thought it was a liberty. I spend quite a lot of time in hotels and all of them have foc internet.

The welcome was excellent and friendly and all facilities described. The bar menu was excellent and plentiful and reasonably priced. We had a meal in the evening in the restaurant and it was excellent and reasonable in price. Would recommend this hotel if you are in the area. The foam mattress on the bed was not as comfortable as a sprung mattress.

Friendly helpful staff in the restaurant Nice bathroom Relatively cheap room Comfortable room Comfortable bed and furniture Poor sound-proofing in rooms. I could hear every syllable of a telephone conversation in the next room -- thank goodness there was not more. At almost £10, the breakfast was poor -- around the same level as a £2.99 breakfast at a Toby Carvery. Not good value for money at all. Semi-industrial architecture. Getting a bit shabby and in need of a refit. Eccentric parking bays Out of town location in one of the grimmer parts of Chichester.

Warm and comfortable. Easy free parking. Five bulbs in my bedroom were not working. Appalling coffee at breakfast - no excuse for bad coffee - there are enough coffee machines both domestic and catering.

Price Being charged £5 for internet access & being told if l prepaid breakfast (which was not included in the room rate) it would be £6.95 but if I paid for it the following day it would be £9.95!!!! why??? So for that reason l declined breakfast on principal.

The location was excellent. The bathroom facilities were not up to a 3 star standard. The bath plug was broken, the soap dispenser did not work, there were no flannels provided and when the shower was used the bathroom floor flooded despite there being both a curtain and panel.

Staff, service, space, entrance/first impression, it had a spa Decor is a bit tired, spa has too many 'caution'/'warning'/'d- on't do this' signs and staff addressed guests as 'guys' which I find too casual.
