Excellent location, less than a minutes walk from tube station. Hotel looks pretty old from the outside but is very clean and up to date inside. Staff helpful with any questions that we had and were very polite. No complaints at all, would happily go back without thinking about it. The only small thing that was more of a inconvenience than anything was that the plug sockets were to close to table, they are only a few millimetres above the tables, meaning if you have a plug with the cable leading out of the bottom its a bit of trouble trying to get the plugs in.

Very clean, good bathroom, comfortable beds. Much better value for money than staying in the centre of London but within 25 min to the sights on the tube. Very close (200m ish) to Ealing Common station but easy walk to Ealing broadway which has faster connections to the city. We've already booked to return when we're next in London. Wifi acces extended to rooms (not just common areas) would improve this hotel.

Close to a tube station. Good neighbourhood. Personnel at the reception could be a bit more friendly. Try smiling every now and then for a change.

Reasonable restaurant facilities for breakfast. Room was not as booked, smaller room was given. Room was dirty. Air conditioning did not work on the first night. Extraction in the bathroom did not work. Mould on ceiling and around taps in bathroom. Dirt hanging from lighting fixture over mirror in bathroom. Staff inattentive and unconcerned. Excessive noise on Saturday night during disco / function downstairs

Convenience for the tube - large bath towels - bar open in late afternoon - friendly breakfast staff. Small bathroom - nowhere to put underwear, make-up, other items for 2 people for 2 nights - so couldn't manage for any longer.

Friendly staff, quite clean room, with cleaning services taking place almost everyday. Location not very close to city centre, but next to 2 underground stations going everywhere around London. Good location, quiet, with lots of green spaces. Overall good value for money, but if you want to sightsee or have business in the centre, it needs about 20 minutes to get there by underground.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are open late. Several shops and a laundromat are nearby Wifi is in the reception area only, so the lounge/bar area is always full of people with their laptops, surfing the net. Its quite a long train ride into the city

Comfortable, nice and clean. Value for money, and staff were nice. Close to Ealing Common underground station for picaddilly line. Timely room service. A bit far from city, long travel but for the price is okay. They charge for everything but thats what hotels all About.

We slept very badly due to the noise of a party downstairs and due to lots of noise in the corridors (banging etc). Complained to the staff on duty but nothing was done to help. Walls are very thin to next bedroom.

Despite some questionable reviews I found the hotel to be clean, bright and inviting. The staff were all excellent and the room clean and comfortable. The food was good though the coffee in the morning was rather bitter and tasted either burnt or old. A small price to pay for what was a reasonably priced pretty central London hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 10 years due to its location and parking availability. The staff on this visit were very good, friendly and helpful. The bar area is relaxed and comfortable for a few drinks after a long day sightseeing or shopping. Although a few more comfortable chairs would help for when the hotel is so busy. The hotel is looking a little worse for wear in areas and could do with some refurbishment. The rooms have not been touched for quite some time other than to install the air conditioning which looks to have been done poorly, with a false ceiling that was coming apart. The bathroom is very poor with chips and rust on the bath, the sink taps wobbling around and the toilet feeling slightly unstable.

Very close to a tube station, but it was closed during my stay. There is another tube line one bus stop away, Breakfast was fairly good, including cooked meals, but almost no cheese, servise was also good, Staff is kind, helpful and informative to your questions! Only recommend if you can not find a hotel closer to city centre! 1. Unsufficient information on portal and no real family room: Although it is told in booking page that children can stay with existing beds, my reservation was not approved with the reason that 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) can not stay in a double room. Besides, no family room or family information indicated in booking page, all room types double, twin or executive double are for two adults. Then, I had to pay extra 20 pounds for each night to upgrade my room to a room called family room, the only difference I believe was an additional child bed! No real family room space... 2. Difficulty in fixing problems; On the second day of my stay, the hair dryer was not working, there was no paper in the room to report, I reported to reception verbally in the morning, when I came hotel late eveningI have seen it was still not repaired. When I called again the room service was not replying. I went down to reception and asked them to check it , someone (not an electrician) came and could do nothing. I asked for a portable hair dryer but was unfortunate to have one. Later I figured a fuse button under the shelf on the wall. It was so easy to fix, but I am not familier with UK electricty system, mo one reaaly cared for this! 3. Some noise during night time; There was wedding ceremony on the hotel and it was little noisy in the evening. Also, there is a noisy pub (if not again the hotel pub) around, so you can listen music in your room until late night! I had to wait 30 minutes for The room service line was not working 4. Bad inside design; The room did not have a wardrobe but only a place to hangup clothes, no shelf to put the suitcase. 5. No one noticed me about the closure of the tube during my stay

Only the cleanliness of the room, staff were indifferent at best, room stank of a drain smell which we worked out was coming from a heater, pillows were really uncomfortable, breakfast was really not good as lots of things missing staff did not bother to replenish,we asked for a cup and were still waiting 20 mins later.A Waitress was serving coffee which was stewed and cold ,we told her it was and she come back and offered us more from the same pot! We went there for our anniversary as we have been to the one in Cranford and loved it.We will not however be back to this one and have told our family about it

“We had a great experience at Premier Inn Hanger Lane. It is very close to a tube station and easy to find. We were pleasantly surprised by the Quick Check-In terminals. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are quite big and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The furniture is new and the bed is wonderful. The hotel provides great quality for its price.” Zdravko, Sofia |
