Excellent location, less than a minutes walk from tube station. Hotel looks pretty old from the outside but is very clean and up to date inside. Staff helpful with any questions that we had and were very polite. No complaints at all, would happily go back without thinking about it. The only small thing that was more of a inconvenience than anything was that the plug sockets were to close to table, they are only a few millimetres above the tables, meaning if you have a plug with the cable leading out of the bottom its a bit of trouble trying to get the plugs in.

I like the location of the hotel. The staff are very helpful as well as friendly, they are ready to please the customer. For a London Hotel the food is very good, except the breakfast, good food is over cooked and tasteless. The lunch and dinner menus are very good and the choice is excellent. I have stayed several times at this hotel in the passed The rooms are small but were comfortably furnished in the past. I have stayed at this hotel on several occaions in the past. Two years have now passed since my last stay. I found the hotel to have gone down in their foyer furnishings it is not as clean as it was. The main light fitting over the sitting area opposite reception requires immediate attention and cleaning. The rooms require overhauling and the linen needs to be replaced for new. The staff are brilliant they can not do enough for you. Over the years I have found the Ramada Ealing Common to be very comfortable and clean. This must just be a hiccup on their part. I would like to see this hotel excel in its hygiene and maintenacce of the outside i.e the grounds and entrance area.

Very clean, good bathroom, comfortable beds. Much better value for money than staying in the centre of London but within 25 min to the sights on the tube. Very close (200m ish) to Ealing Common station but easy walk to Ealing broadway which has faster connections to the city. We've already booked to return when we're next in London. Wifi acces extended to rooms (not just common areas) would improve this hotel.

The hotel is convenient to Wembley stadium and the location is very easy to access from m4. The hotel is situated on the edge of Ealing Common and is the area is very pleasant. The hotel has a large car park and the charge seemed reasonable. Breakfast was very good with the exception that we were not told that you needed to order fried/poached eggs and as we didn't like the look of the scrambled eggs available went without for our cooked breakfast. We came back to the hotel at 12:50am after a concert and needed a warming drink from the bar. Unfortunately I was not able to charge the drinks to my room as I was told I didn't have a room account. I was not asked if I wished to have one when we checked in and therefore had to pay for my drinks by card at the bar. I have never stayed in a hotel where we were unable to charge drinks to the hotel room. I was disappointed with this situation and although the barman was very pleasant I felt embarassed as other guests were at the bar. There was only one receptionist on duty when we checked in on Saturday afternoon and she seemed to be rather overrun with some many people trying to check in.

This hotel offered excelent value for money. Being situated about 200m away from the tube makes this hotel a great choice for young couples wanting to have a weekend break in the city. The staff although busy were happy to help, I have no complaints about this hotel for what I paid it was excelent. Breakfast was not included in the price when I booked my room. If I had wanted breakfast it would have set me back £15.50! The price needs to change dramatically, for that price I want a full English brought to my room all you can eat style.

Clean, accessible for our purpose and the price was competitive (I understand we secured a discounted deal). Nothing particulatly to dislike, but the hotel is rather impersonal, just like many other uk city hotels where guests stay only for one or two nights.

Room was clean and comfy. En-suite was pristine (always a plus) and the all you can eat breakfast was tasty, fresh and very appetitising, all in all a very pleasant stay. The only down side was the £10 parking charge, but then it is London.

Location was close to public transportation. The room was clean and the room was available for a good price. Called for a wake-up which never came. Would've missed my flight had I not set a back-up alarm. Also the room was very warm and was unable to get the room to cool down, despite calling the front desk for assistance.

The train station was close by. The staff were mainly helpful, particularly a young lady named Sonjia. Breakfast was a good selection. Room was very clean. No free WiFi in room was very inconveniet. Having to sit in lobby at all hours while I used the computer was not a good option for me. I needed to do a lot of on-line business and didn't feel that I should have to pay to have this service in my room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this particular hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us a great customer service. The rooms were very clean and when asked to make up our room when we were out it was done to a high standard. Also the breakfast in the morning was delicious with a large variety of food to choose from. The atmosphere in the hotel lounge/restaurant was lovely with friendly people. I would most certainly recomend this hotel to friends, family and colleagues. The prices are reasonable and you definately get what you pay for. The only draw back and this is if I was being picky was that because we had booked online we were given a disabled bathroom, however when I reported this to reception they did give us the option of changing rooms.

Convenient location close to m4; room comfortable and clean, with pretty much everything required. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge choice and lengthy breakfast period to allow for those not wishing to be up at the crack of dawn. Lovely breakfast room too, light, and airy with doors open to the outside. Had a very good night's sleep. Main problem was socket outlets. I needed to charge my phone but couldn't plug in the charger as the sockets were located above a ledge/desk etc and there was insufficient clearance to accommodate the charger. This was a major issue as I had no phone and all my contact numbers were stored in the phone. Would have liked more tea/coffee/milk provided so that we could have made more drinks for ourselves. Hair dryer pretty useless, runs only for a few minutes then cuts out, so I was unable to do my hair properly for a family party. Will take my own if I stay again.

The food was lovely and the staff were very helpful. We didn't get to the hotel until quite late, but the staff were very accommodating and we were still able to eat in the restaurant. Thank you to the chef for staying a little later for us. The food was amazing and in fact one comment was that was made was that perhaps the chef was wasted at a Ramada Jarvis!

Ramada Inn in Ealing Common is well situated for access to buses and Underground stations and within walking distance of Ealing Broadway. Check in was delayed because reception couldn't access our booking. Our room was adequate but very overpriced. Wi-Fi was unavailable in our room and only four chairs were available in the stifling lobby. Our shower was excruciatingly difficult to turn on and, most important, to turn off. Very wasteful of water, to say the least!

Staff were friendly and informative. Due to attend Take That concert on the Saturday evening. On arrival at the hotel staff made us aware that the train station was closed and that we would need to get a bus. Gave details of where to catch public transport, number bus and frequency.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Having a car park at the rear of the hotel and only paying £6 to park for 24 hours was amazing value and I felt the car was in a secure environment. When we arrived we were given our room numbers and key card. Unfortunately the room I was given was already occupied! This was very .unexpected but I was happy that this was resolved very quickly

I don't know how to express that but it appeares to me such home atmosphere in that hotel. Also breakfests are quite high standard in comparison to the other hotels. 1. I'm a frequeent guest in Ramada Jarvis. I hade Corporate Rate.Every time I'm booking reception doesn't know about that.So I had to print out the corporate rate agreement to have it as evidence. 2. You don't have toilet brushes in toilets. I don't understund why. After using the toilet I'd like to clean after myself. I don't want to wait till next day untill my toilet is cleaned by room service. I don't want room service to clean after myself. And what if you share the room with another person. How shell I clean toilet after myself? By hand? Please think about that.

Fresh fruit & cafetieres of coffee at breakfast. Closeness to tube station. Noise from smokers talking under room window. Unhelpful attitude of barman. No dry sherry available & your surly barman does not think it should be kept cold in the fridge. Very slow service in the dining room & chicken pie had to be sent back as it was still frozen in the centre which ruined our meal. And this in spite of very few diners - cannot guess what it must be like when busy.

One of the receptionists was very helpful and made up for the fact that her colleague had previously totally misinformed us and claimed there were no busses to Wembley, when there was one leaving right outside every 15 minutes! He wanted us to take a taxi for £25 each way?!?! Very rude and unhelpul male receptionist who checked us in and totally misinformed us, see above. Also, the room was absolutely freezing, the heat was not working in minus temperatures!!!! We could not sleep, it was that cold, and complaints to reception yielded no assistance. We were not given additional blankets or electric heaters, and shivered through the night.
