Η θέα απο το δωμάτιο εκπληκτική! Η ρεσέψιον θα μπορούσε να δείχνει πιο καινούρια. Επίσης θα μπορούσαν να δινουν νούμερα για τις αποσκευές έτσι ώστε να αισθάνεται κάποιος που τις αφήνει μεγαλύτερη ασφάλεια. |

Location, friendly staff. Building street noise, decorators paint smells, one lift out of service, very tired mattresses. |

Excellent location for sightseeing, Both my husband and myself were delighted with location, and staff were very helpful, Would go back to same hotel again and will very soon. Road works goin on when we there so noisy early in the morning, but can understand that cant be helped, |

We liked the central location of the hotel. The restaurant as well as the staff were both great. The rooms were very small. |

Location and resonably priced. We found the rooms too hot and had to run the fan all night to keep cool.I would definately not stay in the hotel during warmer weather. The room where rather tired.I would not pay the rack rate, much to expensive. |

The location Yes our room was next to the staircase so it was very noisy. My mom got food poisoning after having dinner in the hotel. |

The location was excellent but vast roadworks to install the new tram system made approach via car very problematic. The first room we were offered was not properly prepared (someones underpants on the storage shelf and black hairs in the washbasin). |

Kind and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and outstanding location. Absolute traffic chaos around the hotel due to roadworks. Impossibility to park your car at less than 10 minutes walking. |

the breakfast was very nice and well organised...hotel very handy to shops and attractions i found the room i was staying in had a very poor outlook,and a little shabby, and extremley noisy at night due to noisy hotel guests shouting across to each other most of the night..also their children running about most of the night.. |

Easy acccess and friendly staff It needs a major renovation again but the comfort level is sufficient. There was one lift which meant it was quicker to use the stairs. |

Booked a single room which was clean and comfortable, though nearly 12quid for 24 hours internet access was a bit much. The staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. |

The location was perfect, we came to Edinburgh for my birthday and didn't want to come home on last train so we stopped off at Ramada Hotel, which was ideal for us. The view of a wall wasn't very pleasant but room was great. |
