町の中心ということで主要駅も城も近かったので、便利だった。近くにスーパーもある。朝食のビュッフェも種- 類が豊富だったが、人が多くて行列ができいくつかなくなっているものもあった。 受付が２階にあることと、インターネットが有料。 |

バスタブの水が勢いよく出たのは良かったが、水回りに古さはあり。立地は文句なし。 バスツアーが早く出るのでbreakfast Boxをお願いしたが了承を得られず、room serviceとなった。かなり低額だったが、融通も利かせてほしい。 |

安い部屋を予約していたのですが、部屋が空いていたのか城が見える部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。片- 言の英語でもフロントの方が笑顔で親切に対応して下さり、助かりました。 |

The staff were very polite and helpful especially as a tour guide. Mr Hume gave me the best directions to the castle. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very cosy. It really wasnt the hotels fault, but one of the lifts was being refurbished and it was a pain to wait for it everytime as it went from floor to floor. The hotel is large to manage with just one lift and the hotel was busy. Couldnt be helped though! |

Location was excellent as an overnight stay to break journey by train to Stirling and beyond. Gave an opportunity to walk around the main streets of Edinburgh and at least see the castle though no time to visit it. |

Excellent location. Very central and convenient. There is a complete lack of ventilation inside rooms. Even outside temperature is less than 10 degrees, inside the room it still feels hot and suffocating. Summer must be horrible. |

The location in the city center and the perfect breakfast This has nothing to do with the hotel but since the Edinburg city are making the fast tram line from the city to the airport there are until 2011 a lot of disruptions in traffic between airport and city center. But again this has nothing to do with the hotel it self. |

Fantastic location for seeing the wonderful sights of Edinburgh. Staff very helpful and friendly. Currently undergoing some renovations with one of the lifts which meant it was quicker to get to and from your room by using the stairs. |

Convenience for shopping and tourist sites. No air conditioning and room was so hot with non insulated water heating pipes that it was difficult to sleep and the windows only opened an inch. Car parking is difficult as it is not near the hotel. |

Fantastic location on Priinces Street We had two single rooms: one with outstanding views over the city, quite spacious and quiet; the other was cramped and close to the air conditioning/ ventilation plant which droned away all night - it was like sleeping in a factory. |

Excellent location for sightseeing, Both my husband and myself were delighted with location, and staff were very helpful, Would go back to same hotel again and will very soon. Road works goin on when we there so noisy early in the morning, but can understand that cant be helped, |

Location and resonably priced. We found the rooms too hot and had to run the fan all night to keep cool.I would definately not stay in the hotel during warmer weather. The room where rather tired.I would not pay the rack rate, much to expensive. |

The location was excellent but vast roadworks to install the new tram system made approach via car very problematic. The first room we were offered was not properly prepared (someones underpants on the storage shelf and black hairs in the washbasin). |
