Ramada Edinburgh Mount Royal

Location, friendly staff.

Building street noise, decorators paint smells, one lift out of service, very tired mattresses.

Its location

a bit dated.

Excellent location for sightseeing, Both my husband and myself were delighted with location, and staff were very helpful, Would go back to same hotel again and will very soon.

Road works goin on when we there so noisy early in the morning, but can understand that cant be helped,

The location

Yes our room was next to the staircase so it was very noisy. My mom got food poisoning after having dinner in the hotel.

The location was excellent but vast roadworks to install the new tram system made approach via car very problematic.

The first room we were offered was not properly prepared (someones underpants on the storage shelf and black hairs in the washbasin).

all the staff are friendly,and the location is really good as u can go evrywhere,we had a good service during breakfast as the food was really good.

Very tired looking, needs serious up dating

the breakfast was very nice and well organised...hotel very handy to shops and attractions

i found the room i was staying in had a very poor outlook,and a little shabby, and extremley noisy at night due to noisy hotel guests shouting across to each other most of the night..also their children running about most of the night..

Convienient location for city

Room comfortable, food edible, staff pleasant.

Pity there was only one lift working. Towel rail too hot, made room stuffy.

Excellent location.

Shabby, noisy room in poor state of both decor and cleanliness. Disappointingly, the worst Ramada I have ever stayed in. The room was also terribly hot with no heating controls - the window could not be left open due to excessive noise from air conditioning/fan ducts opposite. On raising this issue at reception, the was very much 'not our problem' - disgusting from a guest perspective.
