We liked the fact it was near to our family. I didnt like the price of food £5 pound for a bowl of chips is wrong. We had also paid extra for a exceutive room, but in my opinion it was nothing different from a normal double room there were no extras. The bathroom facilites also need updating.

The location was not good - if I had known that the location was this bad I would not have booked it - in order for us to travel we had to take taxis everywhere at the tune of 12 pounds everytime. I spent for one night over 40 pounds in taxis faires - never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have stayed at the Ramada hotel several times it is a good basic hotel with reasonable rates and a Seb Coe spa which we always enjoy. Reason for booking this hotel is to visit relatives who live close by. This time we found the Hotel to be a bit tired and in need of a refurb. We had to order and pay extra for the breakfast which wasn't as good as the buffet style breakfast we've previously been used to. However we will book again in the future. The spa is relaxing after a long journey and we like the use of local produce in the breakfast.

Nice location, there are plenty of facilities there but we did not view them or use them. The room was spacious, well decorated and had nice sitting area. There was a dark ring around the bath, my husband cleaned this as he hates 'making a fuss'. The bed was just awful, only a sheet (which was sparkling white) covered the mattress so you felt every button on the bed it was like sleeping on a spring board, such a shame when a topper would make the difference between a return visit or not.

We have stayed at this hotel loads of times over the last 20 years. We started having a weekend break to have some time on our own when our children were young. Now we just love going there for a romantic break whenever we get the chance. We have seen lots of changes of staff, but all of them have been excellent! Nothing too much trouble! We would (and do) reccomend this hotel to anyone. Also have to say, facilities are great here. Just love it!!!

The staff were friendly and didn't mind that we checked in very late. The location was ideal for our visit to our family in Farnham. It was quiet even though it was next to a busy road. The breakfast times were good at the weekend, allowing us to have a lie-in following a late night arrival. The hotel information in our room advised that breakfast on Sundays was 8am to 12noon ... it wasn't! It finished at 11am as on Saturday. We were slightly embarrassed to discover that as we went down for a late breakfast but the staff were very kind and did there best to put us at our ease.

Clean and comfortable room 1) No bedside light. I wanted to read in bed and the only light controllable from the bed was a ceiling spotlight on my side. It was very difficult to get enough light onto the pages of the book to be able to read easily. 2) Breakfast coffee. I asked for decaf coffee and was given instant decaf in a cafetiere. There were definitely no coffee grounds in the pot. Having paid an extra £10 each for breakfast I did feel that it would not be too much to ask to have the hotel provide decaf ground coffee. 3) A little disappointed with the hospitality tray in the bedroom - very little choice.

The staff I met were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was quite pleasant and looked recently renovated. Tea and coffee facilities and an iron and board also included - always a plus to me. Parking was easy - and free - and the snack I had in the evening came reasonabiy quickly after ordering and was nice and fresh. Slightly disappointed that although I had asked for a quiet room with a bath I actually got a room with just a shower. It probably would have been quiet - apart from the fact that even the room I was in (on the ground floor) had creaking floorboards but worst of all the room above me also had them and the guest in that room was walking around until 3 A.M. in the morning. Being a light sleeper that meant a pretty disturbed night's sleep for me.

We really enjoyed the stay we had a family room which was lovely and had all we needed...room service is provided expensive but as a treat its well worth it as the food is yummy..the room was spotless so I was happy all in all we had a very pleasent stay....The staff were extremily helpful which is a massive plus for us... Breakfast as you get charged a whopping £15.50 per person if it isnt pre-booked @ check in (but we were not told this)...did suggest on checking out that this should be made clear when you check in so you have an option to pre-book the breakfast....we did however get a very good discount for this oversight...would suggest you do this on booking the room as its much cheaper...We also found that the room was very hot although we had the window open all the time..there is an air conditioning unit in the room, but this is really loud....there are fans available though...just to add the advertised family room there is a double bed and single, the first room we had it was a pull out bed which is OK for a small child but not for an older child...however the staff were fantastic and moved us to a more suitable room

The location was ideal for our needs We booked a family room and the spare bed was not ready, had to go to reception and request the other bed be made. This was done immediately. There was some confusion regarding payment for breakfast which I thought was handled very unprofessionally. I was pulled out of the restaurant to resolve the problem which could have been dealt with better.

They did not have my booking and as fully booked were in process of calling other hotels until manager called central reservations after I spoke to booking.com who confirmed fax had definetely been sent to hotel, central reservations confirmed they had the fax but had not passed it on, they gave me a room - someone checking later than me lost out! I would class hotel as a business hotel with a leisure centre, no real character but comfortable and food was very good.

Easy check-in and out with no complications and polite, friendly, efficient reception staff. Very comfortable and clean room with nice view of the gardens. Surprisingly quiet given the close proximity of the dual carriageway. Very hand for those wishing to partake in the Hogs Back Brewery Tour just down the road, which was the reason for our stay. There was nothing to dislike.

The Staff in reception were pleasant, polite and helpful. I had booked a family room which was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the showers were very welcoming. We had to attend a party which kept us out of the hotel for most of the day following check in. On the following morning, we maybe should have spent time exploring the grounds of the hotel which looked particularly serene.
