The location of the hotel was superb for exploring the city, placed within 5 minutes walk of central, Queen St mainline and St Encoch & Buchanan St underground. The bistro served wholesome and value meals The bedroom was so small there was no drawer space to put clothing. It was exceptionally hot and too noisy to leave a window open at night |

I enjoyed the room. It was comfortable and although it was only a short stay I really liked it. I would stay again! I felt the room was a little small. I was in a Standard Double Room and found that the only space was the edges of the bed and the little space up to the door. |

Visited cathedral, museums, art galleries shops and family near by It would be better with *air conditioning in rooms. We found sat night/early sun morning very noisy as bars and clubs were closing and buses and taxis on the streets .. did not get much sleep due to the volume of street noise. Has to keep windows a little open as rooms very hot and stuffy.*. |

All the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast service was good and the food tasty. Location excellent for bus services and shopping. Could not sleep at night due to noise from adjacent pub...loud music till 3 am on the Saturday night (the most expensive night!). I would not go back for that reason. |

A very central hotel. Ideal for a short city break. Reception staff extremely helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Hotel a little tired. In need of a little T.L.C. Information on Glasgow needs to be positioned in the main lobby rather than tucked away at top of stairs through lobby. |

Located centrally in Glasgow, yet close enough to transport links made this hotel ideal for both shopper and tourists. |
