location is very good. the hotel/room is modern and clean.

rooms are extra-small. bed was too soft, too flexible, not good quality.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and very efficient

Rooms were very small and very warm. Also when booking a full scottish
breakfast was promised but a typical english/american breakfast was
actually provided which was a slight disappointment although the
standard of the food was actually very good.

Very clean and good location

The fire alarm went off 3 times and were evacuated each time. Sunday
morning at 8 and 8.30am not good

The location and the rate

The fire alarm kept going off on a daily basis. I would recommend the hotel if they were to trace this fault.

It was convenient for the City centre

I got the impression when i went to check-in that the booking wasn't there. Another 2 couples also had this problem as they had used on-line booking as well. I overheard the guy who came to assist the lass behind the reception that as the customer was standing in front of her, she had to give me a room. I was not very pleased with this. The parking was also very bad!

City centre location

Shower did not work, bathroom extractor did not work, blocked drain to
wash hand basin-poor run off, water from cold tap ran warm to tepid no
matter how long you ran tap, noise from street/construction works,
unable to cool temperature of room, lack of room

Its location was perfect for seeing the city. I went to meet old friends
we had a great meal next door. The staff were excellent helpful and
friendly and very smart. Nothing was too much trouble, they organised a
taxi for our friends.

It was hot air con would have been good.The door would not lock but they
came within mins of being advised , we left them sorting it .everything
was fine when we returned from shopping.
