Breakfast was excellent, location excellent I had requested no feathers by email back in May, when we arrived i realized the pillows were feathers we were told they were treated and wouldn't be a promblem, after our first night they clearly were, so i complained to reception who said they would ask the manager if they could buy four natural fibre pillows for us which i thought was a great jester, however when we came back we had one natural pillow which looked really old and still three feather pillows,which made our stay quite unbearable, if this is your policy we will not be staying in any Ramada Hotels. |

We loved the location of the hotel, our room was stylish decorated, all the staff were very professional and friendly and we liked the bar being open so we could have a night cap We did find the rooms too warm and we were not able to remedy this |

Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent central location, check out time is also very good, gives people enough time to pack and take their time. Rooms unfortunatly are very small and the bathroom was not very clean when we arrived, and the maid also left our room door open when she left!!!! |

Quiet efficiency of staff. Helpfulness. Selection of food at breakfast.Location very convenient for me, that's why I chose it, and it was described well on the site. I thought my bathroom needed refitting. The sink was chipped and cracked, skirting boards needed repainting, etc. A further comment was that the bed seemed to take up a disproportionatley large amount of space in the room. |
