Ramada Leeds Parkway Hotel

I thought the hotel was over priced for the quality of it.Tried to oder oom service no answer.The prices were ridiculous the bed was un comortable the room was cold.There were a few big spiders in the room.I was very dissapointed.Ive stayed at cheaper hotels that are better quality

The surroundings of the building and the large rooms. Also the breakfast was great!

Sport facility was very good

Neighbours were very noisy at night

Not far from airport. Food good value.

No cash machine - would be handy. Why not organise an airport run instead of taxi's.

Cleanliness is the problem there. I got room where I found 3 black hair,one on the table ,second on my bath towel!!! and third on the bed.What is more shower gel bottle was half empty.Seemed that they gave me dirty room. Of course I got clean one after compalaint. It was disgusting, terrible experience. Breakfast as well not very good. I got cold toasts and cold scrambled eggs. I was very disapointed with my stay,for €90 you have right to expect more.

The staff, particularly those at reception, were polite and courteous.

We had a few niggles such as ordering a Sunday newspaper which didn't arrive because the weekday paper had been selected. The receptionist was very apologetic but did mention that this is a frequent issue. The breakfast was limited to a very tired looking full English - no pastries or other alternatives available even though we ate an hour and a half before the restaurant closed!

The area was very nice and a bus stop outside the hotel was useful to save taking the car into leeds centre

The hotel needed a good cleaning dust everywhere in my room. The food was over priced and the breakfast was all kept warm making the eggs like rubber.

It suited our needs for the weekend.

The settee in the bedroom had not been cleaned properly - white dust around corners and edges of the back/cushions. Covers of chairs in breakfast area - filthy dirty and covered in stains - not a good advert for an otherwise good hotel.

Close to Golden Acre Park and city centre. Quiet location. Plenty of car park. Good costumer service. Comfy bed.

Executive room rather cold as balcony window does not isolate. Spa/Swimming pool often busy with classes, which feels inconvenient for hotel costumers.

The facilities where very good and the staff were very helpful and pleasent and I coment the management .`

The most inportant thing the cleanliness was far from good the bedlinen was badlywas very dirty and stained the room needed cleaning under the bed. the bathroom had no shelve to place a glass or anything on .the cleaning was very bad for the class it claims ., and the hotel looks very tired and needs propery management this will inprove the client it rightly needs

The room was of a good size, the rate for 3 nights was good, free car parking on site, leisure facilities are good and it is convenient for visiting relatives and with quick access into Leeds or the Yorkshire Dales and other locations

Since staying at the hotel the same time last year the standards re the food at dinner had gone down, they had run out of a basic white wine (Pinot Grigio), there was no cakes available for afternoon tea as they had run out and one of the towels in the bathroom had large holes and tears. My wife and I made a complaint when we left.
