Place Personnel is not competent. They charged 2 times money from my card!!! First time at check in - 29.09.2011, and than today (6 october) but I've already chek out 03 october. This is unbelivable, I pay two times 562 pounds......!!!!!!! I call them to solve this problem and cant speak with anyone.....on monday I'm going to the bring the case before the court because it's a real fraud!!!!! Advise not to stay here. Alexandr Shabaldin (stay from 29 sep till 3 oct).

Location near the Hyde Park and just a 3 min walk to the tube... Rooms are quite small, and walls are very thin..... I guess you can figure out what I mean by that.

I have stayed at the Ramada several times. The location is perfect - just across from Hyde Park.. Also, Queensway is near and it is a very eclectic street.

Excellent location for city, restaurants, shops and pubs. Beautiful parks across the road. Comfortable room and bed. Spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom. And lovely soft London water for a shower. Did not eat in so cannot comment on food. Would definitely stay there again. Unhelpful staff at breakfast.

Good location for our purposes, helpful staff. The room facing Hyde Park was bright and cheerful even though it was a little tired. I wished that the wireless internet service signal would have allowed us to log on from our room on the 3rd floor instead of having to go to the lobby. Also, I had to use the single computer provided by the hotel in the lobby to see my gmail, which for some unknown reason would not load wirelessly. It would be good to provide a business room so we could print out our messages/documents. The rooms we saw were good in terms of size and cleanliness, but are ready for a make-over. All in all, the hotel suited our purposes for our 5 day stay.

The location was about the only thing that was good yet there are plenty of other places to stay around the area which I believe would be better value for money. My stay at Ramada was not at all positive. We booked through booking.com and when we arrived at the Ramada hey did not have our booking. We booked from Australia so we assumed it was all paid and sorted out. Once we got to our room, it was small and not at all worth the price we paid. The room was very cold which was not very comforting at all. There was also a cupboard in the room which would not shut that housed the pipes and was very dirty and distracting. The tv reception was bad and there was no Sky. Luckily we could change our booking to only one night and didnt have to stay any longer!!

The room was very cold, even though the radiator was on 'Full'. However, apart from that the room was ok.

We have stayed there twice before so we opted for Ramada again but were given a room on the ground floor and could not draw the curtains so the room was gloomy and noisy too. Not a nice feeling at all,

Location. Convenient to 2 tube stops. On the same tube line as central London shopping. The hotel is pretty dumpy and shabby for the price. I think it might have been rated 4 star on other sites. No way! The lobby looks decent but then once you head up to the rooms its evident that the place is in dire need of a facelift. Our room was ok. The expected size for the city. The shower didn't really drain well so by the end of your shower you were standing in 4-5" of dirty water. The toilet didn't flush without many, many tries as well. I finally got the knack of it but not after messing with it quite a lot.

Location is good Function on in hotel which had music playing until 1.30am, guests at the function then went on to rooms and continued to party until past 04.00am. Not acceptable in a hotel. Staff should have intervened.
