We could shut out the world if we wanted to. Breakfast on Sunday morning was a delightful experience, even though the restaurant appeared crowded - the food was first class and fresh, crockery/cutlery was very clean, and the staff often cleared dirty plates without us noticing! |

1.Kensington Gardens across the road, Hyde Park ca. 20 minutes. 2. Friendly staff. Room was changed with no fuss after we asked for a quieter one. Rooms facing park/road side, noisy. Unfortunately a pair of leisure trousers got lost in the room change. Probably thrown away by chambermaid. 3. Comfortable beds. 4. Good sized rooms. 2. Near to Queensway tube stn, 5 mins, buses outside hotel. Well located, many attractions are within an hour's walking distance. 1. Bathroom supplies, poor. One small bottle of bath/shower gel for a double room. 2. Description: Hotel faces Hyde Park is misleading. (It's Kensington Gardens, which is very pretty). Front rooms have slight view of Kensington Gardens directly adjacent to the NCP across the road from the hotel, i.e. view of coaches.3. Not really a complaint, but Hotel is rather a good 3* rather than a 4*. |

It was a clean and good hotel, centrally located, friendly staff. The bathroom sink was always blocked. The price was also a bit too high. |

The location is very good. It is near the underground stations and in front of a park. I´ll recommend it mainly for foreigners like me. The internet on the room wasn´t running. Maybe a technical problem... I still don´t know. No one solved. Nowadays it´s very basic in hotels around the world. I had to find a webservie out of the hotel...they should improve this service... |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and air-conditioned. It was a good size and the bed comfortable. It close to Notting Hill tube station and it was easy to get to the centre of London but was relatively quiet, the park was just across the road. The only criticism I have is that we were on the ground floor and the key to lock the window was missing. We mentioned this to the maid but it wasn't sorted before we left, we only stayed 2 nights. |

I particularly liked the bed and the bedding. The location was also perfect - just across from Hyde Park and close to Queensway for restaurants. Also, there is a bus stop on Bayswater toward Oxford Street. |

The position was very good, a lot of facilities, very good cleaning service. Room was small, windows were not good insulated - allowed the noise in the street and did not permitted to be opened. |

We got a very good price, booking only two days before our arrival. We did a lot of reading on other peoples reviews of different hotels, and picked this one because mostly everyone was happy with their stay at Ramada. The hotel was as expected, nice and good sized room, clean, nice breakfast. We definitely got value for our money, but im not sure i would feel that way if we had payed full price.. |

Great location - close to Notting Hill and opposite Kensington Gardens. The room was a good size and very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were generally very helpful. When booking four nights' accommodation (five months in advance) for my adult daughter and myself, I requested a room with a view (if possible) due to the location of the hotel overlooking Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. However, when we checked in, we were given a room on the ground floor overlooking the garbage truck, and where the staff came out for a smoke. |

The hotel was very conveniently situated in relation to central London , Hyde Park and Queensway Underground Station. The decor and general ambiance reflected the four star rating. The breakfast area was quite cramped , with tables being too close together but the food and service were of good quality. |
