Nice breakfast and near two Underground stations. It was dusty in our room, it also smelled like dust. Bathroom was outdated with also mould in the corners of the shower. |

location is good, many bus stops nearby and hyde park just across the street, ideal for a morning walk. The terrace of the hotel restaurant, ideal for smokers and the pleasant bartender who didn't mind serving us outside in spite of the cold. it doesn't deserve its 4 stars qualification, no safety deposit box in the rooms, the bedsheets had stains. The bathrooms need renovating: the sink would fill up with water after 20 sec because of some draining problem, the bathtub elements were rusty and u have to stand under the shower because it has no manual system, only one shower gel and one shampoo for 2 persons! |

The reception staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and cleaned well daily. Lovely big soft towels and very accomadating when we requested extra pillows. Breakfast was very disorganised. Tables not layed properly, staff slow in serving tea or coffee. Our room was also on the side of the service road and we were regularyl woken at 7am or earlier by noise from staff or delivery - when complained at reception was told this should not happen until after 8am and it would be looked into. |

it's not the most fancy Hotel but comfortable and a good price for what you get - I would recommend it if you want a nice, clean Hotel and not pay crazy prices... |

We enjoyed the local pubs and shopping in the neighborhoods. Close to Kennsington Palace. Bar service was terrible. We were completely ignored every time we entered it. Fortunately, this gave cause to explore the local neighborhoods to find pubs. |

Comfy bed. Fair room. Very clean. Hotel is in good location for sightseeing/shopping/tube stations and pleasant being opposite the park. Good buffet breakfast available until 10am. We either had the same room with the cracked bathroom sink as other reviewers or they have several cracked sinks which isn't exactly 4 star. Could open the room window only very little for air but had to have it closed at night as the Bayswater Road is very noisy with traffic. Hotel good for short stays and for the discounted rate we paid but definitely not worth the rate shown in reception which was over £200! |

It was in very good place so you can go anywhere using the underground/bus in little time it is old and not so clean! not a good choice for someone who asks for luxury in a four star hotel |

Position in an attractive part of West London. Convenient for transport. Good value and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room was looking a bit faded, although clean. |

It was convenient for Hyde Park. Even through our room overlooked the side road - it was very noisy, we were woken up at 6am on a Saturday with nagning lorries outside unloading for some time. Then some form of building/maintenance in continued and kept us awake. Considering it was a 4star - we thought it was over-rated and overpriced for the facilities. Breakfast was like a canteen, overcrowded with no style. The decor in the public areas look tired and worn. The rooms were not 4 star standard in our view. The bath was grubby looking and some fixtures broken. Ask to stay at the back of the hoel to avoid the road noise maybe? |

Location and convenience for Paddington Station, underground lines, bus routes and London Siteseeing bus tours and quite an active local centre in Queesway with restaurants & cafes. The extortionate bar prices and only serving double measures in late evening! |

I like the location - just across from Hyde Park and near the shops and restaurants on Queensway, also the proximity to two underground lines and Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express. |

yes it was fine though a little surprised to have a service charge added to my food bill in the restaurant particularly when it was also added to the cost of alcohol. For some reason I was allocated a room with disabled facilities, even though I am not disabled and didnt request them, this made the use of the shower a little inconvenient but I wasnt there long enough for it to cause me a great problem. |

Found it handy to the centre of town and was so near the Underground & Buses to get around London and elsewhere. The reception did not answer phone, internet would not work, Bath was blocked and was reported but no one came to fix it. |

The efficiency and helpfulness of the staff. The location is excellent; better than many others. Yes. The fees for tv and computer are excessive, especially if you are with children. |
