Ramada London Hyde Park

Hyvät liikenneyhteydet, hotellin läheisyydessä myös mukavia ravintoloita. Ennakkotoivomus rauhallisesta huoneesta oli huomioitu. Aamiaisella paljon hedelmiä tarjolla. Hotellissa on ilmeisesti tehty face lift, hyvät sängyt ja kohtalaisen siisti kylpyhuone. Lähella Hyde Park, josta löytyy mahtava leikkipuisto pienille lapsille. Lähtiessä tarjottiin lentokenttäkuljetusta, mikä toimi hyvin nelihenkiselle perheelle. Sopii sekä liikematkustajille, että perheille.

Liikenteen melu oli häiritsevän kova ilta ja yö aikaan vaikka huone oli sivukadulle eikä bayswaterroadille. Huoneen avain lakkasi toimimasta kolme kertaa ja se piti uudelleen aktivoida vastaanotossa

Hinnoissa oli hiukan sekaannusta. Onneksi minulla oli englanninkielinen varausvahvistus (teidän sivuston ohjeen mukaan), sillä hinta ei olisi muuten ollut sama kuin varausta tehdessäni. Samoin minulle tarjottiin aluksi huonetta kaksoisvuoteella, mutta palasin vahvistuksen kanssa hotellin vastaanottoon ja sain huoneen kahdella erillisellä vuoteella. Aluksi tosin sanottiin, että sellaisia huoneita ei ole.

päivisin huoneet oli aika viileät mutta illalla ja yöllä lämpenivät. Itsellä ei ollut säätömahdollisuutta vaikka säädin löytyi seinästä.

Ei ollut respassa adapteria antaa lainalle.

Very convenient location. Friendly and efficient staff.

The reception staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and cleaned well daily. Lovely big soft towels and very accomadating when we requested extra pillows.

Breakfast was very disorganised. Tables not layed properly, staff slow in serving tea or coffee. Our room was also on the side of the service road and we were regularyl woken at 7am or earlier by noise from staff or delivery - when complained at reception was told this should not happen until after 8am and it would be looked into.

We enjoyed the local pubs and shopping in the neighborhoods. Close to Kennsington Palace.

Bar service was terrible. We were completely ignored every time we entered it. Fortunately, this gave cause to explore the local neighborhoods to find pubs.

The Staff were always polite and helpful and the food was very good and reasonably priced.

Some of the decoration was peeling and needed touched up

It was in very good place so you can go anywhere using the underground/bus in little time

it is old and not so clean! not a good choice for someone who asks for luxury in a four star hotel

It was convenient for Hyde Park.

Even through our room overlooked the side road - it was very noisy, we were woken up at 6am on a Saturday with nagning lorries outside unloading for some time. Then some form of building/maintenance in continued and kept us awake. Considering it was a 4star - we thought it was over-rated and overpriced for the facilities. Breakfast was like a canteen, overcrowded with no style. The decor in the public areas look tired and worn. The rooms were not 4 star standard in our view. The bath was grubby looking and some fixtures broken. Ask to stay at the back of the hoel to avoid the road noise maybe?
