The staff were very helpful, and seemed to be well trained in their duties. A lot of the rooms are quite a trek from the main lobby area, better access around the hotel is required. |

The rooms are modern and spacious and as a single business traveller this is essential. |

Professional and friendly staff. Rooms are good quality. Spa is very good. I think the internet charges are unrealistic for families compared to business clients. Service in the restaurant whilst most pleasant was slow. |

I took my girlfriend away for a couple of nights so we could have a nice relaxing weekend together. I chose this hotel as it was quite close but had alot of facilities to offer. We made full use of the excellent pool and jacuzzi and she was also able to have her nails done (apparently the price for having her nails done was quite good). It may not be everyones cup of tea but it had everything I was after for the weekend. Food and drink was quite overpriced but as we were only there for a couple of nights it didnt break the bank. Staying there for more than a couple of nights would be very pricey. |

Personnel was overly present but not organized. We approached people with a hotel uniform who quite bluntly said not to be working at that moment. Not even directions as to who we should approach to get help. We didn't understand. |

Central location for exploring Kent. Spa and leisure facilities were very good, and the breakfasts were good. The bedroom temperature was uncomfortably high. |

I booked a triple room and received a double. The employee at the reception desk quickly found a solution. The people at the restaurant are very nice. I asked for "side by side" rooms (we were actually 5 but the hotel didn't have a familly room) and we were in front of each others. Despite the fact that there is a connexion door in the room. |

very nice location, great staff. My daughter loved the swimming pool.It was in a great location and not too far from the channel ports. we were given room 101,afrter a long drive over from Germany,we were woken very early by the bar delivery,I still hadanother 200 miles to drive so could have done without the interuption. |

I enjoyed my stay, the staff are excellent and the Hotel has great range of things to do including a gym, pool and games room. Many hotels of this type now have free internet for guests. |

The hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking and pleasant staff - very close to Leeds Castle for anyone planning a sightseeing holiday My room was unbearably warm even with the windows left open at all times - I think it was above the health club |

Hotel was fine - reasonably priced and clean, with helpful polite staff. Given the hotel's proximity to tourist attractions, I was surprised that there were no leaflets or tourist information on display - just promotional leaflets for the hotel itself. |

Room was very good especially for the price booking.com gave us, i think we got a studio and we only paid half the price of a standard double....sweet! Hotel set in lovely grounds and literally 1 minute from the gates of Leeds castle, particularly ideal for early morning Hot Air balloon trips, as we did! breakfast was very overpriced, £11.95 was too much for the standard of food avaialble especially at breakfast time! yes its a self service buffet but at breakfast time its hard to eat enough to make the £11.95 seem like a fair deal! |
