A 10-minute walk from Royal Albert Hall, this 5-star Kensington hotel has spectacular London views, a 3 AA Rosette Chinese restaurant and a holistic spa.
Score from 917 reviews Fabulous
This stylish 4-star hotel is in the West End, 100 metres from Marble Arch London Underground Station. It boasts modern, luxury rooms and a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Score from 2951 reviews Very good
Lovely staff, excellent parking at a good price. Close to the tube station. Best of all the hotel is just over the road from lords cricket ground. I would recommend this hotel.
The rooms desperately need updating.
The room was a good size with a desk, chairs, large bed, one bedside cabinet, chest of draws, and wardrobe. The bathroom was a reasonable size. Room service was available late into the evening, it also had two restaurants and the food was a reasonable price and the quality was good
nothing to dislike at this hotel
Bathrooms are very small and the shower area.
Quick reception service
Long featureless corridors
Big comfy bed, bedroom was a good size. Nice hotel
Was a good 15 minute walk from nearest tube station and places of interest. But fairly quiet.
Location, staff, breakfast, room size, quietness.
Air-con not working in our room; bed and pillows not comfortable. Poor sleep as result.
Staff quite nice
Poor quality food and attention to detail
Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere Helpful staff
Ordering a cheese and tomato pizza and getting a cheese and tomato sandwich
The location ,rooms are big,clean
The location next to Regents Park and close to a lot of underground and bus stations. It is easy to visit a lot of places when you are in this hotel such as: London Zoo, Madame Tussauds, and the London Eye... The food menu indicates items that are halal and vegetarian, which would suit all traveler's tastes and the food is really delicious...
The staff performance is so poor. They would knock the door and call when you have the "no disturbance sign placed at the door"... They would bring you the wrong food order... They are totally not cooperative...
Location is perfect
Hotel is from a past era. Interior is old, rooms are small (not that London is known for its 'big hotel rooms') and staff is scraping by.
I liked the location.
I didn't like the staff, they don't speak English very well and they seems new every day I see anew staff and they training them also they don't know the terms of the hotel, so every one would tell me something different than the other!!!
Staff concern. Wi Fi set up
Decoration in room dark and crowded I was given 3 room numbers for the people I was meeting none of which contained the people concerned! Unable to make contact until well after the appointed time.
Although away from the busy 'West End' this hotel is very convenient and transport links are excellent. Very convenient for Lord's Cricket Ground and London Zoo. Reasonable value for money.
Location is excellent, only couple of miles from West End and is in a quiet area. Room is a good size for London.
Would prefer entrance to be on the main road.
price, location, room size, free wifi,
The beds are not comfortable, no standard king size beds (as I have been told by the reception staff) we were offered a 60 inches bed (small for two), the breakfast is pricy for the small variety offered, furniture require updating
Room was good size Quiet and clean
Check in was ridiculous the hotel said I didn't have a booking Took ages to get resolved Manager was uninterested
The cleanliness and servicing of room was great. Lifts were fast and the most you waited was about 2 minutes, if that. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I was making other bookings and they were happy to print reservations out for me. Beds were really comfortable, we had a window that opened for a little fresh air. Large LCD TV. 15 minutes by bus to Oxford Circus. Really enjoyed our stay.
Only complaint would be the room was a little on the small side
The renewed toilets. Free wifi Parking
Tiny room, TV Quality poor, noisy A/C, outrageous parking charges.
We liked the bedroom, the dining room and the very helpful staff. The location is very convenient for sightseeing.
This hotel is an excellent choice for business or people escorting relatives in a nearby famouse hospital. Very old lobby and reception but well maintened
The lobby's furniture and decoration are very old and rooms are not so spacious.
I've stayed in Danubius in Hungary and always been pleased with the standard. This Hotel was an excellent business Hotel which I used to conduct interviews. Great location, nice breakfast, reasonable sized room for London.
Despite spending a morning in the lounge interviewing, I could'nt set up a tab (or the waitress did'nt understand me). Had to pay as I went.
Breakfast not included
Location And staff
Having stayed here on many occasion and the only place we would stay while in London the location we really like this hotel. However this time we were disappointed with the room on the seventh floor. It was a bit grubby and both the sink and bath stoppers didn't work. On past occasions we had brighter, more spacious and cleaner rooms. Perhaps we were spoilt! However apart from this we will be back when next in London due to location. Can't praise the staff, their efficiency and friendliness enough though !
