Location, staff, breakfast, room size, quietness.
Air-con not working in our room; bed and pillows not comfortable. Poor sleep as result.
Staff quite nice
Poor quality food and attention to detail
Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere Helpful staff
Ordering a cheese and tomato pizza and getting a cheese and tomato sandwich
The location ,rooms are big,clean
The location next to Regents Park and close to a lot of underground and bus stations. It is easy to visit a lot of places when you are in this hotel such as: London Zoo, Madame Tussauds, and the London Eye... The food menu indicates items that are halal and vegetarian, which would suit all traveler's tastes and the food is really delicious...
The staff performance is so poor. They would knock the door and call when you have the "no disturbance sign placed at the door"... They would bring you the wrong food order... They are totally not cooperative...
I liked the location.
I didn't like the staff, they don't speak English very well and they seems new every day I see anew staff and they training them also they don't know the terms of the hotel, so every one would tell me something different than the other!!!
Staff concern. Wi Fi set up
Decoration in room dark and crowded I was given 3 room numbers for the people I was meeting none of which contained the people concerned! Unable to make contact until well after the appointed time.
Although away from the busy 'West End' this hotel is very convenient and transport links are excellent. Very convenient for Lord's Cricket Ground and London Zoo. Reasonable value for money.
Location is excellent, only couple of miles from West End and is in a quiet area. Room is a good size for London.
Would prefer entrance to be on the main road.
price, location, room size, free wifi,
The beds are not comfortable, no standard king size beds (as I have been told by the reception staff) we were offered a 60 inches bed (small for two), the breakfast is pricy for the small variety offered, furniture require updating
The renewed toilets. Free wifi Parking
Tiny room, TV Quality poor, noisy A/C, outrageous parking charges.
We liked the bedroom, the dining room and the very helpful staff. The location is very convenient for sightseeing.
This hotel is an excellent choice for business or people escorting relatives in a nearby famouse hospital. Very old lobby and reception but well maintened
The lobby's furniture and decoration are very old and rooms are not so spacious.
I've stayed in Danubius in Hungary and always been pleased with the standard. This Hotel was an excellent business Hotel which I used to conduct interviews. Great location, nice breakfast, reasonable sized room for London.
Despite spending a morning in the lounge interviewing, I could'nt set up a tab (or the waitress did'nt understand me). Had to pay as I went.
Breakfast not included
Location And staff
Having stayed here on many occasion and the only place we would stay while in London the location we really like this hotel. However this time we were disappointed with the room on the seventh floor. It was a bit grubby and both the sink and bath stoppers didn't work. On past occasions we had brighter, more spacious and cleaner rooms. Perhaps we were spoilt! However apart from this we will be back when next in London due to location. Can't praise the staff, their efficiency and friendliness enough though !
Tastefully refurbished rooms and public areas. Bar area good atmosphere. Car parking onsite, which can be difficult with London hotels Bus stop across the road, with numerous buses taking you into Oxford Street in less than 15 minutes. Booked hotel to watch the cricket at Lords. Very pleased we were in our hotel within 5 minutes of leaving the ground wheras most people were in a crush making their way to the underground station
Friendly and welcoming staff who were very helpful. Convenient for our visit to Lords. Comfortable room with efficient A/C.
Loved the location very close to everything x
There was nothing awful although I did book breakfast with my room booking and there was nothing registered when I got there! Lovely hotel xxx
Over the road from Lords cricket ground so perfect when going to a game.
The location was a short cab ride away from Hyde Park. Very friendly staff and handy parking facility. Breakfasts were excellent too.
The female receptionist who checked us in was grumpy but otherwise all the staff were excellent.
From the moment we arrived on the Friday until we checked out on the Monday we were met with nothing but friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency by all members of staff. The room was extremely well appointed, clean, and as an added bonus we could oversee Lords Cricket Ground! The food was excellent, beautifully served with varied menus. My wife has to have gluten free food and Chef went to a great deal of trouble to ensure her diet was adhered to. There was a good selection of wines in a broad range of prices to suit all pockets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit in the future.
