Slightly scruffy, slightly faded hotel in need of refurbishment. It was like going back to the 80s. For over £200 a night there are some much more stylish hotels around.

A good comfortable hotel that was well situated for what was for us a first visit to Lords Cricket Ground. When we arrived our booking through Booking.com was not registered on their system so we had to hang around while the issue was resolved. We know that London hotels are expensive but we did not consider this to be good value for money, particularly as breakfast was not included in the price.

The location of the Danubius suits us as it is near to family. It is clean and comfortable and we couldn't fault the reception we got. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. We had one cooked breakfast and one buffet dinner. While we have no complaints about the quantity of the food, the quality of it left a lot to be desired. We will not be eating there again. The food was poorly presented and we got the impression that this restaurant was not a place where return business was expected and so, there was no finesse at all about the presentation. Very dissapointing. It is just a place to eat if you are tired and don't feel like going out

Location was good. Room size spacious. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Hallways/corridors a bit tatty with masking tape holding carpet together! Twin Beds in rooms comfy lightweight and moved around on castors

Picked this hotel as it had been recommended by friends. Room was very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Good location. Unable to access internet on room TV but charge for this was refunded on complaining to Reception on checkout. However, the Concierge was very helpful in finding the information we were looking for.

Large rooms. An athmosphere of an international four-star hotel, not the feeling of staying in a rather poor bed and breakfast place that some so called four-star hotels in London gives you.Nice lounge, good breakfast.Friendly staff, able to provide service. On site parking,if you come by car. A hotel of otherwise good quality, should have a better wi-fi solution provided for guests. No wi-fi in my room, that is a major let-down for me.Stationary internet is available at £4 for half an hour in an internetroom for those who travel with an ipad for instance, and cannot get online on their own device.Wired internet available in the room.

The staff were really most helpful even though we arrived ridiculously early. The location next to Lords was great. Rooms a bit small - especially the bathroom - when considering the cost. Breakfast also expensive so didn't bother.

It's a fairly quick walk to St. John's Wood tube station and extremely close to Lord's Cricket Grounds and Regents Park. The room was recently updated and very clean. They were very guarded about allowing someone to call my room; they almost didn't put it through. And the bar manager came to my room and knocked, with the Do Not Disturb sign showing, to verify my boyfriend could sign for a meal bill. I would have preferred a phone call.

The staff were cheerful, charming and obliging. The lifts were always available and fast. Central heating had been turned off - very cold at night. Carpets a bit shabby stuck down with masking tape, despite a very nice recent renovation of rooms. There was also a management instruction to the room cleaners not to remove dirty cups if they were not completely empty. By the end of the week there were quite a few that looked as if mould was growing in them.

Clean fresh rooms with good views and modern facilities the only annoying issue was the use of the TV. Each time you switched on you had to go through a number of button selections before you can access the terrestrial channels

Excellent stay, staff friendly and obliging, convenient parking. Personally think £24 per day parking charge is reasonable considering it's London as our local pay and display would work out approximately the same for 24 hours. Rooms are a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Location is excellent being far enough from the hustle and bustle of central London but close enough to walk to. Would highly recommend this hotel. Bar prices are very high.

“The Town Hall Hotel is exquisite. The decor is amazing and the facilities are excellent. We received a free up-grade to a bigger room (without asking) upon arrival. It was very comfortable. The bath was huge. The bar serves fabulous cocktails - a little pricey but worth it. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were lovely and helpful.” Evelyn, Shankill |
