Courteous, helpful staff. Only a bus-ride from the West End, and easy to find. I was given a double room even though I only booked a single. |

The hotel was of a good standard and the staff were helpfull, the lounge has no tv but has a big screen they pulled down when we asked about it. The breakfast facilities were good and not over priced as they gave us a party of 4, 2 aud & 2 chl a reduced rate. |

distance from nearest tube station. disagreed with car parking charges finishing at 12.00 noon.Having arrived late the evening before and paying £20 for "24" hours. stillexpected to pay £4.00 per hour after the following day from noon. even though checking out, wanted to leave car till later in afternoon because of business |

Personnel was very helpful and careful. We spent four nights at the hotel. The fist room was tiny and not comfortable. After first night we demanded to change the room because of shower, which did not work properly, and total conditions in the room. The second one was better, but I should say that the hotel could not be 4-star hotel, 3-star at the best. In my opinion the hotel needs renewal badly. |

The hotel is ideally situated for a visit to Lord's Cricket Ground the main purpose of our visit. Also, Oxford Street is close by and Regent's Park is just a stone's throw away. At £109 we thought it was excellent value for such an up-market hotel. |

The room was spacious.. Disappointed that I had booked a double room only to find out it was a twin room. Explained to the reception that a double room was booked and they were able to upgrade to an executive room but it meant that an upgrade fee had to be paid. On arriving at the executive room, the internet stopped working (think the wires were not working). |
