Bed clean and room
Rooms were very comfortable, clean and well equipped.Decor modern stylish and staff helpful and friendly. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.
Room ideal - clean comfortable. Adequate bathroom . Staff courteous and very helpful
No problems identified
Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room. Very close to Regents Park.
Comfortable well presented room. Very efficient and friendly reception staff. Excellent carvery memal in Minsky's which was amazing value for money. Wine sensibly priced with a good range of quality
Not being able to see a clock display when tv was turned off.
Helpful and professional staff. Comfortable bedroom, spacious public areas. Food good and great value.
The fact that the hotel was located just opposite the Wellington Hospital where we were going for daily diagnostic tests.
Did not really spend much time in doors to objectively assess the services on offer.
Attentive staff - concierge delivered vase to room at midnight! - nothing too much trouble Lovely bar/lounge with a never ending supply of peanuts... Super comfy bed (and I am fussy)
Room was perfectly adequate but could do with a face lift...but then so could I!
All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean all time. Location is perfect (close to Wellington hospital). I would stay again if I need to visit my relative in the future.
Nothing in particular...
It was right next to the Wellington Hospital where my wife was staying overnight. Food was good in the bar area. Staff were attentive. Sky sports!
The bed was too soft for me. The bathroom was very small for a double room.
No plug sockets next to bed for phone
I stayed here for 2weeks due to business & was really happy with every aspect of the hotel. The staff were so helpful, so polite, no request was too much trouble. Loved the atmosphere in the bar, and enjoyed the food!!
Only "issue" I had was I ordered room service 3times -once when I was staying in room 219 & twice in 535, but in 535 the tray & dishes were left in the room when I returned after housekeeping had done up the room & the following time the dirty wine glass remained-this didn't happen when staying on the 2nd floor!!
Hotel was very nice, wifi was excellent and staff and facilities were very good. I would stay there again. I stayed facing the rear of the hotel very quiet.
The bar stayed open until we went to bed, which was important as it was a celebration and all other bars in the area were closed.
rooms were quite small. the entrance was relatively difficult to find.
Very busy hotel, lovely well trained and pleasant staff. Some rooms over front reception rather noisy during a.m. deliveries but not exceptionally so. Hotel location 15 mins. walk from St Johns train station, 5 minutes to Wellington hospital (hire a taxi to Victoria its cheaper than tube) Overall a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel.
UHT milk cartons in rooms but staff did provide fresh milk on request. Heating was awkward to stabilise either hot or verging on too cold. Evening meals o.k. but not brill.
Nice walk through Regents Park to West End. Good bus link & tube a 10 minute walk. Very quiet in rooms & good view of Lords from my room (720) didn't eat in hotel but bar was a pleasant place to be. If you want the West End without the trouBle of parking & Congestion Charge this is the place.
direct buses to city centre, walkable distance to baker st.
All very good
Great location and very quiet for central London. The few staff members we had contact with were pleasant and helpful.
Dingy room and not very clean. The net curtains were filthy, sheets and towels, even when supposedly freshly laundered, smelt stale.
It was fair Staff were great Wifi was excellent Price is good
Room is small but this is the case in london to be honost all hotels in london have small rooms.!
The quietness of the hotel and although a bit of a walk to the tube it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was excellent and the quality of the room very good.
Nothing to complain about
Location .... Just short walk to The Wellington Hospital
No Smoking Rooms
great Breakfast buffet
