部屋は広くはないが、内装もきれいで清潔。周囲に商店がほとんど無いが、その分静か。駅からは離れているがバス停がすぐそばなので、使いこなせれば便利。リージェンツパークまですぐ。 お風呂のお湯が出なかったので、スタッフに部屋まで来てもらったが、直らなかった。部屋を替わるのも面倒でその日はシャワーを断念。給湯設備は古いままかも。 |

清掃は行き届き快適に過ごせました。 健康診断の前日に宿泊したため、レストランを含め利用出来なかったのはとても残念でした。 |

Friendly, helpful staff. A good welcome. 1970s hotel now in urgent need to refurbishment and updating. Bathroom shabby and out of date. Room decor ditto. |

Pleased with the room size - we thought we would get a really small room. In addition this hotle has car parking in the centre of London at a good price. |

The check-in staff were polite. They allocated me an upgrade to a "Plaza Room". Given this was an upgrade I would not like to see the normal rooms. This hotel was graded 4 star, however i think it fell short of other 4 star hotels I have stayed at. The buffet brekfast had a good choice however the food was dry and not really worth the money. |

Very comfortable, luxurious hotel! We stayed here while my daughter was in the nearby St Johns hospital and it was excellently located. I would definitely stay again for a long weekend to visit the city. |

The only good thing about it was the proximity to Lord's and the extremely polite and helpful guy at the check-in desk. Young Indian male Yes. Overall tired and run-down feel, threadbare sheets, ancient analogue tv, tiny bathroom and no separate shower. |

The bed was very comfortable indeed. The bathroom had a great shower. Fitting both of us in the bath was a little snug though! The room we were initially shown to had not been cleaned - there was rubbish left over from the previous occupants. They immediately showed us to another room which was perfectly clean. |

Location, foyer, quiet Terrible single beds. Far too 'boaty and moving all over the place. You must get decent beds for a hotel of this standard. They must be fixed and solid. |

We come down from the North for the cricket and the hotel is superb for this It would be good if Breakfast was included,as when you see £15.50 for breakfast,it is a little dear if you dont eat all that much in a morning. |
