Läget, trevligt bemötande/hjälp av personal, bra och rena rum Maten I restaurangen var inte speciellt bra (jag prövade 1 middag). Annars var frukosten helt ok. |

Var ej på hotellet så mycket, men det var rent och snyggt. Det var rymliga rum. Ganska nära tunnelbana. Lugnt läge och bra restauranger i närheten. Fruktansvärt dyr frukost!!! |

Gångavstånd till Oxford street, otroligt nära National Express hållplats till/från Stansted, städpersonal ringde då man inte kommit ut från rummet före 1230 och undrade om man ville ha städat, nära dygnet runt öppen minimarket |

Staff were efficient/polite. Rooms were modern/clean. Breakfast was cooked well and varied choice in comfortable surroundings. Great if you are there for the cricket - Lord's ground literally across road. Would have liked to have seen waiter/table service in the bar in the evening as at times large amounts of people crowded around making getting service difficult. Bar staff however were efficient/attentive under pressure. |

Excellent location for central London and excellent attentive staff. Found the lifts noisy in the evening once we had retired but this pittered out in the early hours |

I requested on the booking form a disabled persons room and was pleased to be given one on arrival. Friendly and efficient staff. The room was clean and the hotel location is on a convenient bus route. |

The conveniently situated location. We would have liked to take breakfast in the Hotel, but the base price of £15.-- put us off. Early Sunday afternoon (during our stay) the bar area was a children's playground. |

Excellent location, close to the Zoo, Regents Park, Primrose Hill, Lords cricket grounds and St Johns Wood high street with nice shops and cafe's and bars.Camden town is a walkable distance sway Good connectivity with transport with St Johns Wood tube 7 mins walk away and baker street tube a five min bus ride awar |

Reception staff were friendly & helpful. It's location was pleasant and the rooms & facilities were adequate for my needs on a business trip. The room was bland. Housekeeping knocked to eneter & clean at 8am. As I was checking out that day I felt pressured to take my luggage down to breakfast with me. I feel they could have given me a bit more time. |

Courteous, helpful staff. Only a bus-ride from the West End, and easy to find. I was given a double room even though I only booked a single. |

The hotel was of a good standard and the staff were helpfull, the lounge has no tv but has a big screen they pulled down when we asked about it. The breakfast facilities were good and not over priced as they gave us a party of 4, 2 aud & 2 chl a reduced rate. |

distance from nearest tube station. disagreed with car parking charges finishing at 12.00 noon.Having arrived late the evening before and paying £20 for "24" hours. stillexpected to pay £4.00 per hour after the following day from noon. even though checking out, wanted to leave car till later in afternoon because of business |
