Helpful and friendly staff made two separate weekends here very enjoyable.
Free wifi. Friendly staff. Easy and relaxing stay.
One cup to make tea and coffee in a double room. Paying for parking.
Stepping back to the 90's. Seperate poor quality led tv and box...cmon.
Free car parking - comfy & clean
Friendly efficient staff. Receptionist offered to go out to buy Sunday Times and Rugby paper locally for us as request hadn,t registered on system. Delivered the paper to us at breakfast and apologised for not able to find Rugby paper. Room service excellent
Shower over the bath but understand that it's not possible to upgrade facilities.
Very friendly and helpful staff with clean and comfortable rooms
The room was nice and clean and the fee Wifi was good.
We endured hours of thumping music which drifted from local pubs and clubs which made sleep impossible. The room was incredibly hot despite turning the radiator down but opening the windows wasn't an option until the early hours once the music had finally stopped.
We were put in a room next to the lift where we did nor get a wink of sleep and a party was also on that evening.
Staff wear very helpful and the food was fantastic
I can't say any thing in this box sorry
Cheap and cheerful! Great location
The sound of the bass from Solihull night clubs in the early hours!
We stayed here for the weekend when we were at autosport international at the NEC it has a great location 10 mins from NEC and right in the heart of solihull. For the price we paid I have no complaints and would recomend
Comfortable room and good facilities
Music noise well into the night
The staff were great (apart from reception) The food was great
The beds, worst nights sleep in the UK by FAR!!! The attitude of the lady that we complained to on reception
Close to NEC, we were exhibiting. Breakfast was early and good choice although it took a while to get pot of tea. Car parking is excellent
We were in a 'town house'. Very stuffy, lacks ventilation and fans very noisy. Bed was really uncomfortable , sloping down to head end. To get decent sleep, moved pillows to foot of bed and slept wrong way up!
Rooms, especially bathroom looked very dated Endless corridors to get around hotel
I found the hotel to be everything I wanted/needed. The location is excellent - plenty of parking - good breakfasts with attentive staff - cosy bar.
There was nothing I did not like
The location was excellent.
The staff were very very rude and the price of room service for what it was, disgusting ! £15 for a Chicago town pizza from Tescos.. With a little tyme for decoration ! Sides nearly £4 each, they were something from Iceland.. Absolutely terrible ! Even had the TV on at around 6 in the morning and we had staff on two occasions coming to our room to tell us to turn it down and threatened with having to leave the hotel. Terrible experience
Positive and friendly staff, bar meal in evening well cooked and promptly served by engaging staff. Breakfast good choice and well attended by the staff. Nice start to the day.
Not that you can do a lot but the church bells were very annoying all night!!!
Old building but inside all new and luxury! Will. Come again and sing to friend.
The reception staff were very professional and helpful
The bedroom was cold when we arrived, the double bed seemed too small, the breakfast was below standard and was the worst I have ever had. Also the breakfast staff were more interested in themselves than attending to their guests.
Poor service in bar, running out of main menu items, quality of food served, arriving back after a day out at 4.30 pm and the room not made up, getting no response to an e.mail complaint for 2 weeks until I contacted them again , still not resolved 4 weeks on
the hotel was a good value for money. i got it on a good deal at £51 for the family room. it was really a huge room with lots of space for the family. the food was great. the staff was really friendly and helpful
only problem was that the wifi was not working.. :(
Loved the good WiFi, breakfast and comfort in the rooms. I had a really nice stay
A minor thing really: the bath was designed like this that it overflowed easily, can't really explain it too well, but you'll know it when you see it ;)
