Freindly staff The rooms need to be sound proofed. The first night I was woken up by my neighbour taking a shower and blow drying hair (5am), I thought the person was in my room it was so loud! 2. Inform clients a wedding is taking place. 3 .room was not cleaned until 6pm due to over busy staff

Its proximity to Central Solihull. Its a very tired establishment, from the Public areas to the Rooms everywhere is long overdue an over-haul. Not to impressed with general cleanliness either, shower was awful.

We liked the location, because of the location plenty of restuarants to choose from, and public transport if needed, only problem with remada being charged for parking, I do not see it as necessary considering the charges made for reservation, it should be included in price

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is ideally located in the High Street of Solihull. We are able to walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars and the nec and airport is a short taxi drive away. Even though we were there for the main weekend of Xmas Parties our room was quiet and there were no disturbances. Although you should ask for one of the refurbished rooms overlooking the bowls lawn. Service was a little slow at tlimes but understandable during one of their busiest times. Our room (which was in the older wing) was very poor compared to the refurbished room we had before.

I've stayed at Ramada Solihull before, it's a good location to travel from, always clean and comfortable. The local area is nice and the shops are good. The breakfast is always yummy with lots of choice. The staff are friendly, helpful and flexble. Will always choose Ramada over others if it's in the area I want to visit. The room was rather hot but that's a personal thing but we turned the radiators off but it didn't seem to make much difference, not sure why. Wi-fi not included in room fee and was quite expensive for what it was - only wanted to check emails, didn't really want to pay the extra £10 just to surf the net and check messages. Also I felt that parking should have been included in the fee, we used the hotel facilities, paid for breakfast etc, I think that charging for hotel parking is a bit too far, it's fine for people who are spending a couple of hours there for a meal or similar but to charge people who are already paying to stay there I don't think is good. One last thing, and this is a Booking.com issue, I was charged £10 a head for breakfast and my cousin, who booked five mins after me and got a room two doors down, was charged £8 - not sure why that is......may be worth looking into.

Lovely hotel. Room excellent. Breakfast very good standard. Would stay again. Handy for local shopping centre. Only downside was the £8 per day charge for using the hotel car park - why when you are a resident at the hotel?

Convenient location Room was very hot even with radiator turned right down. Very noisy. Many Christmas parties amking a lot of noise, made worse by the need to have the window open because the room was so hot.

Location (if you want to be in Solihull town centre) Generally, the place lacks anything that is more than "adequate".

Good value for money. We used it to go to the nec in Birmingham. The distance to there is good. The hotel has a nice bar and is located centrally in Solihull with bars and restaurants in close vicinity

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous My toilet didn't flush particularly well (several "flushes" before the water kicked in properly every time; the tiles around the bath had water smears when I first went into the room

Very convenient for the shopping centre. We had to pay £8 to park the car which we didn't know about. Also if you want to use the internet it was £6 for the hour.

Good size and clean room with good facilities. Powerful shower. Decent choice of movies. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Hotel prices such as food were unecessarily expensive. Was charged for the car park which I've never experienced before.
