Conveniently located for the city. No consideration given to clients with two or more suitcases. Very little hanging space for clothes. No cupboards or draws. Although we were told that the section we stayed in had recently undergone refurbishment, little hanging space for clothing. Enough only for one person on a very short trip; certainly not enough for a two people let alone a family. |

The location is a good one, central enough but far enough away from the Centre. The breakfast is good and the service on that part well done The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The bed was creaking and the springs coming through. I was offered another room and the opportunity to check out the beds, each was the same. The floors creak badly when people are walking up and down the corridors. The staff try and work within this and were helpful and friendly throughout |

Plenty of parking available and there was a fairly good choice of food at breakfast, although the restaurant was very busy at that time In order to keep enoub=gh food available at brakfast, staff comntinually topped up the serving bowls. Whilst this was fime for those who arrived at the buffet immediately after they ahd been topped with fresh food, for others, the food had been kept hot for a long time and was not fresh. |

The staff were pleasent and efficient and obviously tried hard to please, but overall I really liked leaving the hotel knowing that if I stay in Swansea again there were other hotels to choose from. The hotel is very "tired" and needs refurbishing. The bed in room 262 was worn out and most uncomfortable and creaked loudly whenever I moved. Also the floor creaked whenever I walked on it, as did the floor outside my room whenever anyone passed. The surround arround the sink in the bathroom was broken. The staff deserve a better place to work in. |

I have stayed @ the Ramada regularly when I was on Business in the area over many years. On this occasion (now retired) it was for a function in Swansea and it was fit for purpose although compared to other Hotels I have stayed in on Business over the years it is more expensive in terms of value for money. The rooms do have good Communications facilities and the grounds are nice for walks particularly in the Summer. The Shower is basic and they need to be upgraded. |

The helpful reception staff and the cheerful cleaning staff!! For those staff the rating above would be excellent, but see below.... The breakfast sausages!! Location quieter than expected. The Sunday breakfast room staff (more interested in watching the tv) The hard, creaky beds, the creaky floorboards in the corridors, breakfast 'fresh' fruit 'recycled' from previous day, restaurant prices expensive for the sort of food on offer (so we went elsewhere and were glad we had because we returned to hear an irate guest complaining about his inedible meal). The direction signeage to find the hotel - ok from m4 but very confusing from city centre. |

Staff were pleasant, rooms clean, however the food a Monday night was uninspired and quite average compared to my last visit recently when the food had been wonderful |

Thge breakfasts were good value, the location was ideal for exploring the area and the pool was nice. The colour of decor in the rooms was rather depressing. |

When checking in Staff were not clear on room pricing, i was given the impression that when i paid up front for my 3 day stay but when i checked out there was still another £42 to pay!! Luckily i was there on business so i claim my expenses but anyone paying privately would not have been happy!! |

Friendly staff and good parking facilities. Comfortable bed. In the ladies' changing room at the Spa there was no hair dryer and the shower curtain needed either to be cleaned or replaced. |

Comfortable and relaxing, with places of interest close at hand The slamming of the fire doors during the quiet period.Breakfast eggs should be freshly cooked not rubberised. |

It was a lovely hotel with a warm swimming and was very relaxing The hotel was too remote, we needed to use the car all the time to do anything. Nothing was within walking distance as shown on the website. Very misleading photos of the beaches etc |

The fish served by room service. It was fresh and a generous portion. Oh dear! I think I've been spoiled by The Grand in Swansea, either that or I caught The Ramada on a bad day. However, a bad day doesn't make the bedroom furniture and bed linen just one degree above Travelodge and it doesn't make the floorboards creak! Breakfast was truly awful and a far cry from the piping hot, cooked to order breakfast at The Grand. |
