On arrival the hotel entrance looked welcoming with the open fire burning and cosy sofas. Hotel staff were quick in dealing with us as new arrivals and ensured we had everything we needed. The room was very comfortable and stylish with all the nescessary items and extras. The hotel restuarant was very calm and stylish and food was of an excellent standard. Hotel staff were very eficient and friendly. Would definatly recommend.

A double bedroom which has 2 single beds pushed together. Lights not working, paintwork not brilliant. Carpet stains, evening meal in room tasted microwaved. I wouldn't pay the apparant standard room cost of £150 to stay here. I've stayed in better Premier Inns

It was a good price and very close to our business meeting. The bathroom floor was cracked and needed refurbishing. The corridor was noisy and every conversation could be heard from within the room.

Excellent hotel! Good price for the rooms! Top venue if you want to go out in the city centre! Hotel staff was excellent. They even organised a bus for our group to take us into the city centre! Will definitely stay there again.

The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean. Check out time isn't till 12pm allowing that extra time in the morning. Close to the town and easy assess via taxi. Thankyou for our pleasant stay.

Since becomming the Mercure Hotel only the location Cleanlyness of allocated room, smelt of urine. Total lack of staff training,no lemons, ran out of Southern Comfort had to wait for some to be produced, then informed the lemons had been found, to late to be of any use to us. Pre Booked the resturant prior to arrival no record of the booking, was not informed at time of booking that there was no carvery that night, after I had deliberately enquired about the carvery.The Mercure may only be a 3 star hotel but overall the standards have slipped badly since in was The Ramada Jarvis

部屋は意外と広い 今までの人生で宿泊したホテルの中で一番感じの悪い受付だった。とても失礼で嫌な思いをした。very rude! 部屋も広さはあるが古くて清潔ではない。ホテルの名前も予約時と変わっていたためなかなか見つけられず。あ- まりの対応の悪さに滞在中も早く帰りたくなった、もう二度と来ることはない。本当に不快で失礼な対応でさん- ざんだった。
