The room was well equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi area were nice. Good reception & breakfast staff. Breakfast was very disappointing and we did mention this to reception who very kindly reimbursed us. We were unable to eat in the restaurant due to a christmas party. We had only booked our room the day before and were not advised of the party or possibility we wouldnt be able to eat in the hotel. However the local pub recommended by the receptionist was worth the walk to.

The staff were not that friendly, we paid twice for breakfast then had trouble being reimbursed. Very expensive at the bar for drinks. One glass of wine and a large whisky £15 over the top. Food cock up no veg supplied with meal, dinner then took back for reheating, my partner finished hers before l even got mine. Not a very enjoyable experience......Will l hear from you about this, l doubt it. Regards Peter Wallbank

Excellent dinner but eating at a formica tgable without a tablecloth or place mats took away a lot of the pleasure and hardly any French wines proposed. Also no lift in a 4 star hotel seems below expected standard as far as we were concerned. Having to pay for a few nibbles at the bar rather mean - surely a little bowl of biscuits would not ruin the hotel.

A good hotel in a good location for visiting family in Tunbridge Wells. Easy access when traveling from the north and convenient parking at the hotel. The leisure complex is a bonus and hotel rates are reasonable. The breakfast is very expensive and not of very good quality.

Easy to find, good parking, relatively quiet No complaints but accommodation is a bit 'tired' - unfortunately common in this area. No continental breakfast option

IT was ideally situated for our needs. The staff were all most helpful and worked very hard, under difficult circumstances, to ensure that the needs of the guests were attended to. I felt very sorry that some of the guests were rather impatient and seemed to expect the staff to be mind readers. We were completely satisfied, although we didn't appreciate the noise from the party on the friday evening!

Location good for nearby tourist attractions. Nice setting away from the main road. Staff friendly and helpful Breakfast was expensive so ate elsewhere. The room was dated and the bed extremely uncomfortable. Expensive for the quality of the room

Ease of parking. Size of room - Room No: 132. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Dinner in the evening was poor, as was the service - the staff seemed very inexperienced. We were obliged to eat elsewhere on our second night. Having stayed in Ramada hotels over the years, here and in the US, this was sub-standard.

Good size room with good facilities. Also good food in restaurant. The restaurant on first evening was very full and busy, as a result the service was only fair, however as stated the food was excellent.

It was an easy come easy go type of place. I didnt like being checked in incorrectly, I didnt like being charged twice for my stay once on check in and once on check out. I didnt like being charged £14 for a bowl of corn flakes and a pot of tea.

The pool was nice. The duvet smelt of urine and the breckfast was far too much money for what it is. It is help your self to already cooked food with bad service. Was given bill to sign whilst eating!! We have stayed in hotels where you are served and fresh food for less, not impressed. Also far too much money for children when all they have is bowl of cereals and toast, did complain so did not get charged.

The pool and sauna - disappointed that the steam room wasnt working. Breakfast - sausages were not best and the black pudding was dry. I would have like to have the choice of fish as an alternative.
