Location was for us the main reason for staying. The room was comfortable. Free Wifi available. Staff very helpful. Plenty of parking space available. Coffee/ tea avaialable in the room. Pool area well kept Breakfast could have been a bit more imaginative. No cheeses, smoked salmon available.Limited variety of fruit. Pool area being used by a number of children having a swimming lesson which restricted its use somewhat.

Very comfortable bed! Walls paper thin & therefore quite noisy. Woke up every 5 mins after 5.15am by other guests alarm calls. :(

Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed...it was a very nice relaxed stay Slightly tired room, a bit over-priced for actual quality delivered - one star too many for price, one star too few for quality..but overall my stay was pretty good.

Good leisure facilities. Nice staff. The non-smoking policy doesn't seem to be strongly enforced - my bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and walking down one corridor, it was obvious from the smell that in several non-smoking rooms people were smoking.

Location, price, reasonable rate, fitness suite, Room service good, evening meals in the restaurant ok, good value, service ok. Breakfast Ok but a bit chaotic, I was shown to a seat, went to get the cereal and fruit juice, came back to find someone already sitting in it. Otherwise ok, good choice of breakfast options On check out the staff were a bit distracted.Instead of focussing on myself tey were trying to do other jobs aswell.

I enjoyed the leisure club The evening meals were very expensive. £22 for a carvery so the second night we went to the Toby carvery down the road for £5.95! The wine cost £9 for 2 glasses. If the meal had been priced at £8 or so we woulkd have eaten there 2 nights.

Proximity to my event I think there were parties at the hotel meant the corridors were very noisy of a night

The hotel was great apart from the fact that when we got back to our room it was freezing. We rang reception and they informed us that the heating would be on at 11pm. However it did not get warmer until about 1 am in the morning

The location was great, Staff very efficient, also a great pool & gym. The only thing wrong with the hotel was the beds, Very cheap I would compare them to what to expect in a small seaside B&B

The restaurant staff and the food was very good and also the leisure facilities The reception manageress on checking out was very unprofessional and didn't satisfy our questions when we asked the dark haired lady that we would like to speak to the manager on how we were not put in a quiet room? We never got any sleep due to constant traffic noise and sirens and even on the Thursday morning we were woken up by some clown in a dark blue Saab car screeching around the car park & blarring his horn outside our room being 3366, he was no doubt known to the hotel as he was chatting and organising work with a chap sweeping outside the emergency exit. On top of this at 8.20am we were disturbed again by the cleaner knocking on the door. The so called manager in question was a lady with fair hair and a foreign accent who is NOT an asset to an otherwise nice hotel her attitude left a lot to be desired

Easy to check in and out. Very convenient location and good, free parking. Friendly staff. Room had everything I needed for my one night stay. Noisy in my room (and other rooms near the entrance), as there was a bar with extremely loud music/a party going on, which didn't stop until 1:30am. This is bad considering how much the rooms are, and also the fact it was so late. Further, the room did not have a/c so the windows (which were single glazed) needed to be open to stop it getting hot, and so the music (and people noise) was even louder.

Location is quiet but not accesable by public transport. However, the hotel staff were friendly and helpfull. whilst the room was clean but i felt as if someone had been smoking in the room prior to us.

“Lovely modern apartment, good quality fixtures and fittings. Had everything required although didn't need to use dishwasher or washing machine. Appliances such as hob and microwave needed a little figuring out how to use as I couldn't find any instructions, but not a major problem. Apartment was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, slept very well. En suite very nice. Tesco nearby Earls Court tube station about 6-8minutes walk for me.” Julie, Padiham Lancashire |
