Enjoyed the stay .staff very welcoming .room very spacious clean and neat .the jacuzzi was a treat after a long day in the city .we did not eat at the hotel though the prices looked reasonable. There was nothing to fault the outside.inside.staff.and room.

the staff were very friendly , the rooms were very clean ,n beds were made daily ,the grounds are very well kept and plenty parking ,i did however find the drinks quite expensive ,but thats the only negative .we loved it and would deffinatly stay there again .

The hotel was fabulous.The staff were friendly and welcoming.The morning breakfast was excellent.The decor of the hotel and rooms and cleanliness are above par.It is a very calming and comfortable hotel.They attend you every need.

We loved everything about the hotel. We had a two room suite that was fantastic and had doors between the rooms not just a half wall divide. We did not opt for the breakfasts; instead enjoyed the cafes in York. Everything was clean and the staff were quite nice. The shower curtain was almost against the side of the toilet. The hotel may want to invest in a glass door (or even 1/2 glass door) to make it easier to keep clean.

Had a lovely time at your hotel .Good location, park& ride near by. All in all a good hotel for exploring Yorkshire. We hope to return in the near future. Overall a very nice hotel.

We both thought that the rooms were extremely comfortable and exquistit. The food was devine with an excellent choice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything exceeded my expectations. The only negative comment would be is that there should be a choice for allergy sufferers, as I am allergic to feather pillows. So that night I had to sleep without.
