Everything, especially breakfast
There was no hassles with anything, we booked, payed and found our room with no problems. We could have had a morning call if we wanted but chose not to, which I thought was caring. The room was in my thought very very clean and well maintained concidering the amount of people that could use the room. Breakfast was excalent, there was a wide chose of food there, the only thing was I had to be out early.... Mabe there could be a possible earlier breakfast system going on, other than that it was top notch. Thank you.
We like the hotel and we have stayed many times. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is good with plenty of choice.
Hotel room had no extra sockets, had was no clean, no heating at night
The hotel was conveniently situated quite close to where I was working. It was easy to find, just off a main road with an extensive, free car park. The décor was modern, and my room had good facilities, including a work desk.
No complaints - the hotel was excellent value for money and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again, if in the area.
Loved the size of the room. Breakfast was fantastic and the general bar food along with the on site restaurant. Staff covering bar and breakfast were lovely. The bed was a great size and comfortable.
Parking spaces from Hotel was gruesome in the bad weather. Reception staff were generally unhelpul - especially at check-in. We had to ask 3 times where our room was and still no-one showed us - directions were just too vague. The room had cobwebs all over it and dust. The shower pole collapsed as it only stays up due to adjustable pole ends so the steam makes the walls slippery. Generally all of the seating was far too low - if you have a disability/mobility issues this is extremely problematic. NO Hospitality tray in room.
Rooms Bed Clean Location
Noise How far away our room was
It was nice room bit small
The was couple fighting at 3am staff didn't do anything about it tv didn't work shower curtain has white paint all over it wifi was slow an key card never ever worked
Our room had a great big king size bed that was very comfortable. It was also a fair sized room.
The bathroom was dirty, the grouting was black and tiles cracked and mismatched. Just outside of the window was also filthy and held rubbish.
Nothing to complain about it's a 3 star hotel and was how I expected
1st night stay no heating in room 5. Changed rooms to room 53 on second night
The fact I had somewhere to put my head after a long day!
There wasn't a lift, nobody to help with baggage, poor TV signal, poor wifi signal. Only one socket that worked for me to plug in electricals. It was just not a Ramada! Very disappointed. On my previous stay I had to call the night porter on his mobile to let me out! What's that all about? Hope I never have to stay there again! Oh and the key card needed to be updated every 24hrs.
comfortable rooms and roomy
Breakfast was great
Staff would not help with radiator issue. It was stuck on full with no option to turn it of asked 4 times but no response. Room had someones pants left under the bed. Not good.
no bar staff
The seat was falling off the lavatory. The basin plug-hole was blocked. There was a large screw sticking upright out of the carpet (beside the bed). I could go on!
TV reception could have been better
Reasonably quiet at night
Every day I had to have my 'door opening card' recharged
Friendly staff Great breakfast Clean hotel Very modern Plenty car parking spaces Not far from Alton Towers
This was excellent value for money and breakfast was very good. Although hotel was tired looking bedding was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and we slept well
Dirty carpet in room
location, friendly staff.
TV signal kept breaking up. Window latches didn't seal and windows were single glazed and very old looking out on a main road. A lot of very noisy people staying on our 1st night with no manners or consideration for others.
Furniture in terrible condition. Stains all over the floor. The whole window was disgusting and needed an update. Bathroom door didn't shut. Found some child's underwear behind the curtain (disgusting)
Excellent stay overall. very welcoming & staff lovely
No lift. Had 3 very young children all in prams so was extremely difficult to get all the way upstairs. Although was asked by staff on numerous occasions if needed help which was nice but expected I guess
Easy and close to where we needed to be for a family members funeral.
All the floors creek excessively, blinds to room windows were filthy as too were the bathroom/shower room fittings and tiles. Just needs a tidy up and attention to the floors throughout needed.
