The beds were brilliant. We both had an excellent nights sleep. The breakfast was very good as well
It was always a friendly place but a bit scruffy. The changes have made it a better place to visit.
Size of room, comfortable bed, iron & ironing board supplied
Wobbly basin tap. Very bland public areas.
Clean comfortable room, helpful polite staff, enjoyed breakfast. Would recommend.
close to station good parking well equipped bedrooms excellent breakfast
Staff were good and helpful.
Room 114 right at side of Crewe Railway Station.i could hear people talking on the platform below. The windows were not very good and draughty letting in noise. The PA system in the station was really noisy in the room. Train noise of moving rolling stock was constant through out the night. No television in the room. Poor shower small room with desk but no desk chair. Very very poor for a Best Western Hotel. Will not stay there again. The Ramadan Encore is where I stayed the next night. It's twice as good. I will now change my Hotel brand in future. I stay in hotels 4 nights per week minimum. A big loss for Best Western.
Staff and location were good. Breakfast was better than average.
The décor needs to be refreshed. There were lots of little maintenance problems; hot tap was defective, the shower stand was coming apart and the bed was small.
Really comfy bed and lovely pillows. Friendly staff Room service was very quick
comfort. room size. cleanliness. warm welcome
the railway is noisy but you expect that when you book next to a railway line
Staff we're very helpful
Convenience of access from the station.
Far too posh for a young couple from Liverpool ha lovely hotel though.
Ironing board snapped as soon as put it up. Taps In Bath and sink were the wrong way round blue was hot red cold ended up brushing my teeth with hot water
The hotel was very convenient for the station and parking was included
The room I had was right by the train track - it rattled when the trains went past. The room was clean but dated. The food was good but expensive for what it was. The staff were generally disinterested.
friendly staff, good rates for price of room, very good location.
If i had to have one little niggle i would say the room was a bit cold as the radiators have no controls on and the windows are single glassed.Apart from these a very good hotel.
Comfortable room with good facilities.
Comfy bed, room very nice
Not enough tea/coffee/milk in room, no toiletries in bathroom, Hotel took CC payment on arrival without asking first. Breakfast OK, but staff did not mention we could order alternative. Have to make own tea for breakfast. Toaster not working. Inadequate 2 slice toaster for dining room.
Booked a double bed and two singles. Poor!
Location, right opposite Train Station Staff Restaurant
No room beside bed on either side. TV too low down, needs to be mounted on a wall brk't further up the wall. Electronic room key deactivated multiple times during stay, resulting in frequent re-visits to reception to re-activate. no atmosphere in Bar area.
reception pleasant, very good room with services, welcoming staff.Excellent stay. no
Bed was comfey and breakfast was good.
I was given the room i booked (double with bath) but on entering the room it was already full of another persons stuff. On going back to reception i was given the ground floor disable room. Not only did this not have a bath or kettle in the room but being next to the train station the trains were very loud and kept me awake.
Had a lovely couple of nights with my girlfriend at the hotel. With me working away and living an hour away, we decided it was easier to meet in crewe and we chose this hotel. The staff are great, and the hotel is charming. Great value for money.
We liked how friendly the staff where, we also had a lovely large room
We stayed here last year before the rooms were refurbished and we weren't impressed by the hotel but the staff were lovely. This year we were in a refurbished room and it was lovely. Very comfortable bed and bathroom was spotlessly clean - no complaints. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful too.
The only downside was at breakfast - items kept running out and weren't replaced quickly so you had to eat your breakfast in 'stages' eg. no eggs and some things you had to ask to be replenished before you got it.
The hotel was in a very good location for the railway station and the room was very clean and comfortable.
My room was overwarm (I had to sleep on top of the bed, naked). The radiator in my friends room appeared to have been turned off.
