The staff were very helpful and welcoming; all the facilities were as described. Not luxurious but very clean, in good repair and efficiently run. |

Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Free wi-fi at hotel lobby (although would be better in rooms as well). The breakfast room was quiet, which meant the waitress was not regularly coming to check if anything was needed. |

Lack of parking facilities, no lift facilities that we were aware of, evidence of mould growing on bathroom wall. The room felt small and poky. The mirror was difficult to get to and had no natural light. We were only given 1 towel. I know that we only paid £53 for the night, but sadly, I do think other competitors such as Premier Inn and Travelodge offer better value for money. We were attending a party at friends in Alfold. We took this room as there appeared to be none other available anywhere else. |

A very cheap and cheerful hotel that is okay after a night out. Breakfast was good. Carpet needed replacing throughout and ventilation would be a good idea. |

Hotel reception was poor, ditry and very shabby. The carpets are filthy and this does not present a good impression when you enter the hotel. |

Very little The carpet in the reception and dining room was disgustingly dirty, the hot tap in my bathroom did not work and the tv had no remote control |

In side the city. 5 minutes walk to Guildford main station. There is no air condition system in the room. Check the weather befrore you go. If it is one of those hot summer day try somewhere else. We have to wait outside, windows open till 23:30 to get in the room. |

no bath towels in one of the two rooms I booked and only one in my double room. The showers were dreadful in both rooms. The maid opened the door and walked in without knocking at 10 am. I was told to go on ahead to a room and it was already occupied. One room was too small - considering I paid the same for both rooms. |

Clost to city centre The room was extreamly small for a double. There was damp going up the wall and general cleanliness was very poor. |

The breakfast was good value for money and the location in Guildford made for an easy shopping experience. The room was very stuffy and warm. The window opened but the traffic made a lot of noise so I did not get to sleep until after 12. |

The location of this hotel is ideal and its best feature. The staff were friendly and welcoming. For the price it was adequate. The smell of the hall down to our room was particularly pungent and did not seem to reflect the rest of the hotel. The carpets were worn and dirty. The television didn't work properly. |

Staff were attentive and gave us a warm welcome. The hotel was located in town centre close to our destination and offered good value for money Room was uncomfortably hot, air con would have been nice. No lift. Net curtains were dirty and had a hole in the middle. The room, although comfortable needed a make over. |

Comfortable budget hotel, well located and efficient staff. Met my requirements perfectly. Reception area and stairs were grubby, but room was spotless. |
