Best Western Premier Leyland Hotel  

The room was lovely & absolutely spotless! I got so comfortable on the bed that I didn't go to the Spa. Tea/coffee making facilities were good & plentiful. Staff at reception were lovely & very efficient. The cool bottle of water on check out was a lovely touch.

Nothing. Would definitely stay here again when visiting our friends.

Recption was great - hassle free and friendly Room rate good.

Bar service was very bad - slow and rude. we waitedto be served at the [empty] bar for ten minutes while staff looked on. Drinks prices double those in the local pub - we know we tried both!

Pool and spa facilites were very relaxing - and pretty quiet. Good quality and range at breakfast. Drinks vouchers were a nice bonus.

Only 1 cross-trainer and running machine, rather than a gym. However I was the only one who wanted to use them as members are there for the spa suite I guess.

brilliant best hotel family and friends have stayed in Luxury And friendly staff attended a wedding at farrington lodge and in our opion best western was far superior have now gone about the hotel so much family and friends will be booking again just for a spa weekend and a get together later in the year when we can have time of work

When we had to change rooms because of the noisy neighbours, the staff were very quick to organise another room with no fuss.

Loved the quirky decór in the lobby. Our room was SO comfortable, and the bed was massive - it must have been a King size! We had a 3-month-old baby in the group - but this caused no problems. Perfect overnight hotel. Thank you!

Got told we could have 3 free drinks each on the deal we did but after our night out we came back to hotel bar and was told they were invalid after 11oclock very disapointed at being miss led

Fair price, close to motorway. Efficent staff. Free drinks offer. No motorway noise in room.

Excess use of chilli on resurant food. The chilli dominated the first 2 courses. (Yes it was listed on the menu, but heat and balance out). Lack of character and chain hotel feel.

The whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxing.

As a couple in our 80's we did not feel safe in the shower. A rubber anti-slip mat would help .

I loved this hotel. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean, nice decor and great facilities.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was very easy to find, just off the M6 and was clean and pleasant enough.

The 'fitness suite' was a running machine and stepper in a poorly ventilated room the size of a large cupboard, plus the pool was in use for an aqua aerobics class. Having looked for a hotel with fitness facilities and booked on this basis, this is definitely one I would not recommend for that purpose.

We really liked the fact it was really handy for where we wanted to be,(near friends we were visiting). Also it was very budget-friendly for the luxury on offer. Shame it was only one night, and it would have been cheaper to upgrade with breakfast as it cost more when we stopped off to have breakfast on the way home! We shall do that next time.
