Score from 946 reviews Very good
Excellent location for shopping and many places of interest. The hotel has a reasonable sized car park on the second floor. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
No fault of the hotels but Piccadilly Gardens is messy (lots of rubbish flying around) and there are groups of people 'hanging about' night and day which can be quite intimidating. There are lots of ordinary people walking about at all hours and it is a city centre, just be aware. Reception is on the second floor - because this is where cars park and taxis drop guests off but it might be nice to have a person (doorman) downstairs to meet and greet and to give a bit of additional security. The one-way system makes getting into the car park tricky so if a visitor requests parking it would be helpful to give directions at the time of booking please.
Location Friendly, helpful staff Cleanliness Bar/Lounge area

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very well located and parking. Tasty breakfast.
Bed was too soft, that's all.

comfy bed, good shower, clean soft linen, nice bathroom
small room, stuffy, warm, cant open windows, tv was difficult to use,
Very close toPicadillyRailway station, quick check in, pleasant staff , large bar area, breakfast good, nice area
City centre position and within easy walking distance from the station. Close to shops and bars. A small, clean and comfortable room with excellent views over the city.
Sound proofing of the room could have been better, secondary sliding, double glazing is not really adiquet, being above the main tram terminus which begins functioning at 5.30 in the morning. Also late night noise from close by rooms.
Location is perfect, just next to Piccadilly Gardens and metro, tram stations.
The rooms are very small but has a good view of the gardens. No ventilation in rooms. Bathroom was ok with all amenities.
Great location in the heart of the city. Can walk to most places but taxis also stop outside the hotel if you are lazy. The rooms are well cleaned and the bed is rather comfy.
The lifts take a long time to reach you when waiting for them
I picked a bad weekend as it was really busy in Manchester and unfortunately our room neighbours partied until 4:00am
Everything was very clean, comfortable, the only thing letting the hotel down is the wait of the lifts! Other than that perfect!
Clean and comfortable rooms
Having to ask 3 members of staff for tea at breakfast before I was served.
Just about everything just probably one downside
No toilet on floor in bar area
Location, beds very comfy, good shower
Extremely understaffed, breakfast was almost inedible, staff a bit rude (except one or two),
Location, value for money.
Noise from adjacent room. Couple arguing at 03.00hrs until 03.45hrs.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful
There wasnt enough space to take the pram past the bed in the room, had to dismantle it to lift it over the bed to sit it near to the window where there was space.
staff are not conducting with the customer. room service are not 24 hours! reception staff need more training to be better with custs
Ease of booking in, breakfast was great.
No fridge in the room, cost of parking.
Could not ask for a more comfortable stay! Amazing central location!
Nothing... All good!
Great location: only a 5 min walk from the station and most of the town center. Bright, clean rooms with a nice view out over the city. Staff friendly. Good value for money, especially considering the location. Would stay here again!
I like the location of the hotel
