Lovely room luxury hotel value for money fab view would reccomend and stay again staff were lovely

Easy access from the tram line and in the middle of centre, staff very polite and friendly, hotel clean.

Rooms very small and hot, breakfast not served till 0800 on Saturday morning.

Bed in room 1417 was appalling, the mattress was fit for throwing away, it sank badly in the middle

Excellent location easy to find from the train station and right by the main square in Manchester nice clean hotel and surprisingly quiet rooms for its city centre location plenty of places to eat and drink on the doorstop we had a lovely breakfast at the Misoula bar opposite that was very nice and cheap !

It was right in the center easy to get to the arena.

The price was a bit over the top just because there was a concert on.

For our evening meal we only wanted soup and felt the staff did not approve as they kept trying to offer us something else.

Being charged at such a high rate because we booked late. Being charged extra is understandable but this was extortionate!

The location being close to both shopping and transport facilities. Excellent location for theatres and visiting old trafford for the ledgends match and all in all a nice hotel to stay in with very nice staff.

The price of a double whisky in the hotel bar being £10. With it being the better halfs 50th. Birthday we thought we would finish the night of with a few drinks in the hotel bar but £19.50 for two drinks was a little much for our pockets.

When we eventually gave in and called management to ask if the people in the room next to us could reduce the noise he was very obliging. After giving them a final warning he eventually offered to move us at 2am to another room which was quieter, he also gave us a late check out and free breakfast by way of apology. He could'nt have been nicer it was'nt his fault that the hotel itself has paper thin walls.

The walls of the hotel are paper thin which means you can hear normal conversations from the room next door. However the people in the room next to us were very loud. This made is impossible for us to sleep until at 2am the hotel manager offered to relocate us to a quieter room where we eventually got some sleep.

the only problem I had was when we went for a meal the menu was very poor a choice of two starters maybe two or three for the main meal for a nice looking hotel which was not cheap I expected a much better choice of food

Central location (for shops and restaurants) situated really close to Piccadilly Station and ideal for the Etihad Stadium. It's not attractive from the outside but it's lovely inside and we stayed on the 11th floor and it was lovely and quiet (no sounds of traffic or noisy revellers) despite the central location.

Great location right on the edge of Piccadilly gardens loads of pubs within an easy stagger. Room was lovely nice and comfortable. Was aware of outside noise but nothing that disturbed our sleep.

Extremely friendly service at check in, clean rooms, tean and coffee and an iron. Great location right in the middle of town. Bargain

Suite - excellent value for money Helpful and Friendly Staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and check in and check out was quick and easy Clean and Modern Room Great Central Location Check out at 12, this is so rare nowadays to have such a late check out!

Great location, nice clean room with lovely breakfast buffet great selection of different breakfast options.

Parking was difficult to find, limited signage to direct you to correct location. Room was small and extremely hot. The temp guide in the room wasnt working and we couldn't open a window!
