thought the decor in the hotel and the breakfasts were brilliant. the meal we had in the restaurant was cold and not much value for money for the standard of food |

The great position of the hotel, comfortable and nice breakfast room with the Piccadilly Gardens view..... In the moment (second day), when after the first night we changed the double room to the Gardens Suite, I asked 3 times to arrange also the sofa - just 3rd time when we came later evening in the room (23,30h) and when I again so angry in person complained to the reception about that, they sent me in 1/2 hour the man to do it. I don't know why they didn't do it in time, because I asked same 2 times also in person (about 11,30h and about 17,30h) and they promissed me to do it - really very unprofessionally (all others was really good!). |

I liked the fact that the hotel was very central and that there was a lot to see within a short distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were very helpful too with directions and advice. Where our room was we found that it was very noisy on the Friday and Saturday night due to there being loud music from a pub/club nearby. And also tram works 24/7 :( ..... The only other thing is the heating in the room - the instructions to operate the air conditioning were not clear and no matter what we did it was always roasting during the night therefore uncomfortable. |

The wall of the bedrooms could do with some soundproofing (Not ourselves making the noise!) |

The convenience factor because it is in the heart of Manchester and close to the shows and shops. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of selections to choose from. The noise from anther room in the early hours (occupants laughing and swearing) causing us to wake up (2.45am - 4.30am). Also not a complaint but more of an observation, for a quality hotel like the Ramada I was a little disappointed only to find two tea bags and no bisucuits on the courtesy tray. Having stayed in many other hotels in this country and abroad of similar or lesser quality, the courtesy tray was always better equipped with plenty of tea, milk and biscuits. |

It was very nice, tha staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and overall it was very accomodating The house keeper could have been a bit more generous with the toilettries, 1 shampoo & 1 shower gel are not enough for 2 persons. |

arrived early and able to book in straight away, as there are alot of road works we were given a room at the back with less noise, much appreciated. Breakfast's were very good. Disappointed with meal on Sunday evening, mushrooms and tomoatoes had been cooked but were cold, steak just right, Staff replaced the cold items, together with fresh chips, but my husband had eaten his meal before I had my replacement. Then waited 25mins before able to order sweet. |

The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. It is close to bus and rail links for other aeas of the city. Staff were welcoming and helpful in every way and rarely have I found a hotel where this was true of each and every one I came into contact with. Rooms, although not large were comfortable and clean and had every facility you could require. In short I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Manchester. |

The in-room technology The rooms and beds are comparatively small compared with more modern hotels such as Premier Inns. They feel pokey. The hotel needs to raise its game in this area to compete. The dining food was poor value and lacking in quality. |

we phoned the night before and requested a room overlooking the gardens your staff were very helpful and obliged. Nice room very comfortable.Liked the big flat screen tv.Liked the car parking, no long walk with a heavy case. Supurb breakfast !! Unable to book for a second night as it was full ! Very large queue at breakfast time I think we all woke up at the same time but soon got our food thanks to the staff working very hard |
