Very central location. Heater and air con work well. Hotel is clean. Rooms have kettle and tea/coffee facilities, free wifi and comfortable bed. Regular double rooms are very, very small and can be noisy. Walls do not keep out any noise and windows cannot be opened. No double glazing. Breakfast was not very good and far too expensive for the quality and speed of service.

A comfortable room and well appointed bathroom. The location of the hotel in the centre of Manchester is very convenient. Nothing really.

+ Great restaurant with great view. + Friendly staff. + Very clean room with free wifi access. - Windows were not sound-proofed very well, so city noise was very apparent. - My room (1416) was directly opposite the lifts on the top floor of the hotel, and sounded almost like it was directly below the lift motors. Lots of banging, clattering, and whirring from the lifts all night long. - Parking expensive (though cheap compared to rest of Manchester)

Attentive staff. Good breakfast but you need to buy the night before - cost £9.50 that way. Good access to train station. Manchester United were parading through the City - a bit noisy and crowded to get there

Professional staff Location Design - it needs badly refurb. The bar has a potential to be a lovely charming place but the design is just repulsive. There is so much space generally wasted all around - it would be better if the hotel invested in some kind of fitness facilities as there is plenty room for that!

location of the venue was excellent in regards to canal street. The room was cheerful and clean with the essentials already in room. The bed was like having two singles pushed together, and this meant an uncomfortable seam in the middle of the bed. First thing in the morning I was awoke by banging only to realise we'd been placed next to the stairs entrance. The employees on reception in the morning when checking out seemed to be rather rude and abrupt to the customer in front of us.

Staff were genuinely interested in our feedback and were full of smiles. Parking is a big bonus in city centre. Room was huge and much better than I was expecting... Great There's nothing worthy of complaint, I'll definitely go back.

The Hotel was in a good location. It was great value for money (Secret Deal Offer) very impressed with the quality of the room. Hotel staff were very helpful. Looking forward to our next visit already. Our booking stated free movies but when we browsed the selection it came up with payment details. Reception explained at check-out that they were in the process of amending the system and that we would not have been charged. Just a suggestion, that at check-in guests could be made aware, but apart from that everything was great.
