The room was very spacious lovely big bathroom we had a good view of the big wheel from our room and the xmas lights. Excellent room service with free tea making facilities. The all you could eat breakfast was really nice plenty to choose from. Would definately stay again.
Room furniture is old, No access security
Overall it was good
Good location for city centre and china town. Very large panoramic bar with good selection of drinks. Very good breakfast and service
My two niggles 1) having to go down a floor to the toilet when in the bar. Surely with such a massive floor toilets could be built closer to the bar area 2) It took ages to check in
Outrageously disgusted with treatment! Explained member of group taken to hospital a week before due and asked to move into jan and flatly told NO! Will never use this chain ever again and will tell everyone how appalling we've been treated!!!! I travel a lot!!!!
The hotel was just great, so central for town. Rooms were nice, staff very friendly & helpful.
The wait to book in to get our keys. But then it was a very busy saturday afternoon.
Noise, i can't sleep because the next room talk!!
We paid a lot of money to stay two nights due to the demand in the City. Our room was cold, the heating didn't work! We went for breakfast we were put to sit on a table with someone else's dirty dishes! When we were moved we were given a tea pot and mugs that were dirty and had cold tea. We were asked if we wanted toast with our breakfast, the waitress was short tempered and rude.
Bit noisy at night
ROOM WAS CLEAN,AND COMFORTABLE AND HAD ALL THE NECESSARY FOR A 4* HOTEL.
RECEPTION STAFF COULD HAVE BEEN MORE FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL.A SMILE COSTS NOTHING.COULD INCLUDE SOME SPORT CHANNELS INSTEAD OF PORN CHANNELS.THE WORLD IS DEGRADING ENOUGH AS IT IS.
The view from the window looked very nice
Was charged twice for the room so a 80 pound room looks to of cost me over 200 pound real hassle to get money back when it is rightly yours in the first place, flea on the bed and it wasn't us as we don't have pets absolutely disgusted will not be staying here again thats for sure
Slow check out Ill fitting bathroom door Noisey as room was by the lift
Location and comfortable room
No breakfast included in rate
Bed and location
Faulty door keys 2 journeys to reception plus 30 minutes delay to room. Fan not working in bathroom, serious fault???
Proximity to shopping and phpnes4u arena
Breakfast plates not warmed and food was warm not hot Toast more like hot bread
Room outside lift, very noisy had no sleep. Lifts always full
Very good position and very well connected with bus station. Hi speed wifi good enough to watch movies on hd steaming.
Really really small room, TV signal very poor, windows with lots of drafts, no minibar, no spa.
Convenience to city centre.
Room noisy. Bathroom dated. What should have been a lovely view of Piccadilly obscured by permanent condensation inside double glazing....couldn't see a thing!
The location, the comfort of the bed, the facilities.
The price - due to Christmas markets being on, hotels clearly took advantage of this. The breakfast choice was poor - the hotel was clearly full - and so breakfast items (continental) were not replenished enough.
The location was excellent for shopping, bats and restaurants. Easy to locate by either road or from the train station. Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room.
Location Perfect, dinning area spectacular
The location of this hotel is is definite hallmark. Sitting just on the doorstep of Piccadilly Gardens is difficult to get more central. The staff is very kind and adds this little bit of comfort to the stay. The breakfast buffet is very good with freshly prepared options as well. We enjoyed our two nights stay very much and I can imagine this being a perfect place for a business stay especially with the second room of the privileged room readily turned into an office or meeting room.
We stayed in their "Privileged room" which had an adjacent living room which was quite nice but the bed was just a regular double and was a bit tired. The advertised coffee machine was indeed there but you'll use it only if you're a great fan of espresso, as the machine doesn't make anything else.
