フロントスタッフが少ない（1名～2名）、チェックイン、チェックアウトの手続きで手一杯で、その他情報の- 入手が必要なお客の対応者がいない。

ピカデリー駅から徒歩10分以内で立地も良く、近くにチャイナタウンもあるので食事には困らない。ホテルの- 近所にコンビニがあるのも良いし、朝食は種類が豊富でおいしかった。

冷蔵庫がなかったのと壁が薄く隣の部屋の声が聞こえたのが残念。

朝食の時間が掲示と異なっていた

入り口の係りの人がとても親切で車で行きましたがＰａｒｋｉｎｇまで車を駐車してくれ、チップを渡そうとす- るとここはＵＫだからいらないと言ってサービスしてくれました。とても気持ちが良かったです。

１０：３０にチェックアウトをしたのですが、フロントに一人しかいなくて何人も並んでとても時間が掛かりま- した。間に合わなくて空港でチェックアウトすると言って慌てて行く人もいました。

Not alot, the food wasn't great and it was quite expensive. Side orders should be included in the price not added on as extra. plus we went for dinner at 9.15 and did not get our starters until 10.00. also, if i wanted fried food i would have went to a chip shop. did not expect to get deep fried onion rings from a packet nor wedges. i could cook these things at home. plus our food looked and tasted like it was cooked earllier on in the day and just re-heated. very disappointing.

all of the above. ther is also no point in offering room service when you can only get certain things on the menu. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was fabulous. Was right in the centre of the city which was great for shopping, (with the famous Arndale centre right on the doorstep) restaurants (including china town just down the road)and night life. The M.E.N Arena was in walking distance along with trams and busses. The hotel was very clean, rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

The bed that we stayed in wasn't very comfortable, the mattress was too small for the bed, there was a good gap between the headboard and the mattress which meant every time you moved the pillow was falling down the gap so we was forever pulling it back out and if we moved down the bed then our feet was hanging over the edge. It was the worst nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. I was also dissappointed that the hotel advertised that they had there own parking (which was handy as we would struggle to park in the centre) but once we had parked up they charged us £12 for parking, For the price you charge for the hotel I would think the parking would be free.

comfort, staff efficiency and friendliness, location

Allocated wrong room (double not twin) on arrival, so had to change rooms and they promised to to separate the beds. Several hours later it was still not done so i had to request it. Also, only 2 tea bags provided,

The atmosphere, obviously a lot of people staying a popular choice

The male reception staff member as when on booking in was curt in response as he did not like being asked questions whilst he booked us in. This being the most important part of a hotel first impression this man obviously didnt like the look of us and made that plain.

Ideal location close to train and bus and tram network.

we were impressed by the friendly efficiency of the staff and the comfort of the room. the christmas decorations were tasteful and colourful. we would gladly stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

Breakfast service was very disorganised and very slow service
