This is a good place to stay if you are going to the auction at bruntingthorpe. It's rihht near parking, a couple of good pubs and restaurants, the rooms are comfortable.
Good sized room at the rear of the property. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent breakfast. friendly staff. Just off the M1, which is convenient, the location within the town not so good
There is no parking but there are street parking opportunities close by. Could be a problem if you had a lot of luggage. It would have been helpful to have been asked what we would have liked for breakfast. We were presented with a very substantial good plate of food, much of which, regrettably I had to leave.
Good facilities. Would go back now I know the system
Parking difficult. staff located elsewhere
Very noisy from the room upstair. I couldn't shut an eye untill I shouted at someone at 12 pm. Very umpersonal as nobody attend the place apart from making you pay on arrival No wifi and the satelite Tv did'nt work the 2nd day
Very clean rooms.
Staff never around. Very noisy on the night
This offers a high standard of accomodation
There was nobody to meet and greet. And the door locked and no one answered the phone on arrival. The lady answered the phone half an hour later and when we said we would be there in twenty minutes there was still no one to greet although the door was open. The shower was of a high standard but not working properly. The lady served a good breakfast but the sausage was raw.
We loved the room very nice and cosy and very clean and a nice ambience...we couldn't use the hot tub due to the weather...but it could do with a covering over the hot tub so it could be used what ever the weather...breakfast was nice but a little expensive
That we couldn't use the hot tub
Very clean absolutely spotless.
No parking but that can't be helped.
Was local to where we were going the next day and close to town centre
Pulled back the sheets and found unknown stains all over mine and the pillows stank of stale sweat on both beds. The sheets had been used and slept in but not changed. Not a good start.
More like a B&B than a hotel. Staff friendly.
TV did not work. More like a B&B than a hotel.
