Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms and shared facilities, excellent value for money in a good location. The breakfast was good, but go down early for it.

The room and the bed were a little small but, overall, it was perfectly adequate if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation in the middle of London.

Staff rude as I arrived late. Room was smelly For close to £120 for one night and not even your own toilet / shower is poor

Very conveniently located and extremely friendly staff

As I was travelling alone, I was fine. But I cannot imagine sharing the "double-room" that I had with somebody as it was really small.

Location good & nice basic info in room. Bathroom small but very clean & lovely shower.

Size of room (small) fine for short stay but not recommended for longer. For price would expect breakfast but not included.

Close to train station and other transportation, quiet spot off main road, quiet rooms, clean room

More fresh towels would have been nice, a bit pricey

Two minutes walk to KingsCross/St. Pancras stations. Quiet room with comfortable beds. Availability of rooms with 3 beds. 24-hour desk coverage. Had coffee/tea in room with hotpot.

Room was too warm (early June) and no A/C. Prices still London-ridiculous but best option for 3 adults.

    Great shower, good hot drenching.

Having to walk past the open dining room to get to the toilet, which was also in the shower room, which served three rooms! But it was cheap and in a prime location so you get what you pay for.

It was comfortable for all five of us. Clean bath mats several times a day in shared bathroom. We never had to wait for bathroom even though there were 5 of us-having double sink in room was great. Asked for fan to drown out street noise and was given it promptly.

One night had some street noise but that was not a problem once we had fan for "white noise".

Location. It's very convenient for St. Pancras. That's it.

We didn't like the shared bathroom. That was in the VERY small print. We thought that 108 pounds for a shared bathroom a bit much. We opted for another 60 pounds for the en-suite bathroom. "It's because of Wimbledon" was the explanation. Wrong week and a LONG way to walk! Oh yes, and the a/c that comes without a control. "That's extra" he said.

Inexpensive, friendly staff, close to Kings Cross station, quiet neighborhood

Be prepared to climb stairs. No lift, and bathroom on 3rd floor

Convenient for Kings Cross Station and my meeting venue Check in staff were nice

Very expensive for what it was (nearly £100 per night for tiny room with shared toilet/shower and no facilities really) No tea/coffee making facilities in room Shared shower/toilet was quite dirty Room has not been decorated in years Very narrow and uncomfy bed wifi did not work in my room at top of building

Staff were friendly and room although basic was clean

I was paying £155 per night for a single bed with no ensuite. The shower was two stories up and shared with another 6 rooms. This was not value for money. A sign said that linen was changed every 3 days I had booked and paid for two nights not realising that I had no ensuite and could not cancel because the full amount was taken from my card. In the end it was better for me to lose my money then stay another night.

Excellent staff, very helpful and flexible. Tidy room, tea/coffee included, free wi-fi that worked. Close to major traffic hubs and tourist spots. Could not really fault any aspect of it, it delivered exactly what it promised.

Very kind and helping staff. The receptionist who welcomed us gave us useful tips and this was a positive influence for the rest of our stay in London. Great location, very close to the King's Cross St Pancras station.

This is a very nice, comfortable and clean small B & B type of hotel. Located one block from King's Cross station. We had loud outside overnight noise rated to football game revelors, but that is beyond the hotel's control. I'd return to this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

    No complaints about the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and functional. The hotel is located on a street of row houses (many of which are also hotels) and is a converted row house. The location was great- a short walk from Kings Cross station with lots of food places within walking distance. This is not a fancy place. If you want that go to the nearby Renaissance Hotel.

A number of rooms share a bathroom for toilet and shower which were located on the 3rd floor and bottom floor. If you have trouble with stairs you should call to be sure they can reserve an accessible room for you.

Location convenient near King's Cross & St. Pancras. Traditional, cozy small hotel.

The view from my room window was to the flimsy backyard.
