The breakfast was good. The staff so friendly and helpful. Everything was immaculate. Our room was in the lower ground floor and we found it a bit dark and also very hot. The shower room was small. |

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very nice. Some of the stairs and walls were unfinished. |

Yes. I was very impressed with the staff at reception who were very helpful. It was also very convenient that the reception was open quite late. The breakfast could be improved in terms of variety. But what I had was fairly good and served very quickly. |

Relatively good value for money considering every hotel in London (including this one) is overpriced. But the staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, the room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was good, etc. No complaints. Conviently located in a quiet street near several main train stations. The only drawback is that the bathroom was tiny, situated on another floor and had to be shared with other rooms. But it was very clean and ok otherwise. |

It was close to the Tube Stop/train station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They moved our elderly moms from the third floor to the first floor as soon as a room became available. The hotel was charming and clean. There is no lift. They do carry your luggage to your room though. |

Basic amenities but spotlessly clean. Small rooms and small beds but good mattresses and immaculately clean, fresh bedding. Extremely convenient location close to Kings Cross Underground when most lines converge, and also for the Eurostar station at St Pancras. Perfect for a value for money, convenient and no worries short stay. Kettle and teabags in the room would have been much appreciated. |

The staff were very very friendly, the room was really cosy, the coffee was good and the breakfast was excellent - and the location right next to Kings Cross St Pancras station is perfect. We did not have a toilet and shower in our room, so next time we stay there, we will have to remember to ask for a room that does. |

Clean and well kept. Convenient location for our needs. Bedding could have been better - pillows too soft and only 2 blankets. Images on webstie do not reflect the room we had, |

Privacy, assistance in transporting luggage (apartment was located some distance from actual hotel). Distance of apartment from hotel. Not as close to station as first thought. |

This hotel in the Cosmopolitan town of London is ideally located 100 metres from King's Cross Station. We offer very competitively priced rooms which are perfect for the business or leisure guest. |
Situated in one of the capital's most popular locations in the heart of Bloomsbury, this hotel is minutes' walk from the fashionable Covent Garden, British Museum and Oxford Street. |
Great value for money hotel, located just off a quiet square near the rail and tube stations at London's Kings Cross. |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
