It was clean, comfortable and in very good proximity to travel links. The price, which Included breakfast, was very good. The staircases were very narrow and there was no lift. This made it a little difficult for one of my friends as she was in a room on the third floor.

New bathroom, soft bed, nice staff, breakfast included. I was charged 3% for using my credit card?? Almost $10usd for 2 nights!. The front desk didn't inform me of this charge, saw it on my bill after, otherwise I would have paid cash. Why is there a credit card charge, what's next..a charge for the air I breath there...Very small room, but I guess that's London. Very nice people and very clean.

Helpfulness of staff. Cleanliness of rooms and bathroom. Clean breakfast room and tasty food. Prompt service. Nearness to underground station. Price. These are all minor complaints that did not spoil my overall stay. Having access to only one close oilet so I could not use it when the shower was in use. No switches for bedside lamps beside bed. The switches were on the wall. Kind of defeats the object. No spare blankets. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast very tasty but rudimentary i.e. no choice of what items I preferrred.

Bed very comfortable, whole place clean, breakfast staff very friendly When I actually booked it wasn't clear to me that it wasn't ensuite - toiler and shower on next floor - not great for a single female. Room was very small - fine for one night but I wouldn't like to be sraying a few days in it

When I arrived the ladie at reception seemd to have had her hands full, baby sitting. She did try to get me into my room on arrival as it was not used the previous night, however it was not cleaned since last used. I asked if I could get Tea/Coffee, but no. I was given the oppertunity to washupand givena fresh towel at the bottem of the hall. I did hand back the towel to the ladie, I thanked her for her help and left with my bag, however she was involved in doing something else which resuleted in a member of staff ringing me at midnight asking if I was staying, which I thought was a good thing to do as it also checked that I was ok and not in any trouble.

Great location near to King Cross station just 3mins walk away which is connected to almost every tube line available. Very convenient for people who need to change trains to go other parts of England. Reception staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave good suggestions on where to go and eat. Rooms are very small though and bed is like smaller than a queen-size for a double room. Bedsheets not really that clean and the window in the room even though shut you could still feel abit of cold air seeping through. Price wise alittle steep for more like a b&b place but at least they provide a nice warm breakfast even though breakfast time was abit restrictive from 730-900 only.

The room is very clean and the location is very close to the tube. There are several fast foods restaurants nearby. Friendly staff they have and breakfast they served are standard English breakfast. Value for money! There are no lift in the hotel so be prepare the climb up the stair with your big/heavy luggage (if any) if you are staying at upper floor.

Friendly and convenient to the tube and public transport The single bed was hideously small and narrow, I turned over and nearly fell out of bed. Do not think it is acceptable in the 21st c to not have a shower and toilet in the bedroom I was on the 3rd floor - the stairs were very narrow and steep - especially coming down

Small but fair budget hotel. Sharing small bathroom and shower is a minus but location is great and for short stay I would recommend the hotel. Sharing small bathroom and shower is a minus.

Very friendly helpful staff, central hotel in quiet, very central location, good beds, nice modern bathroom (but small), ok breakfast. Very convenient hotel, if you don't want to spent much time in it, but need a quiet, comfortable bed to fall into after a day/night exploring London. Some rooms can be noisy (those at the front door and near the restaurant due to other guests coming and going. Would always go for twin room instead of double as bedsizes can be small

Helpful staff were good about recommending sightseeing/travel plans. Were really good about holding bags until the rooms were ready. Charged 3% extra for using a debit card, never disclosed that fact until it came time to pay.

Convenience of location near to St Pancras International station Separate nature of the studio accommodation made it feel isolated. The hot water didn't work and there was no way to contact a member of staff. To get it fixed.
