Good location near metro and international rail terminal. Good security. Reasonable English breakfast (although seating has to be booked in advance because of small dining room).

The hotel's website is overblown, making the accommodation appear considerably more salubrious than what it is. It's really not a hotel at all - simply a bed and breakfast. Notwithstanding a considerable tariff approaching us$200 a night (I do acknowledge the place is London), I didn't even have a bathroom but rather had to traipse downstairs or upstairs to a shared facility. When a person entered or left an adjacent room the sound of the closing doors made a frightful racket and woke me up every time (noise suppression on closing doors is not a difficult task - all decent hotels have it).

Plenty of space and beds comfortable, walking distance from St Pancrass.

Rooms tired and in need of refurbishment, breakfast poor, and milk not replenished.

The hotel was just across the road from Kings Coss Railway Station where we arrived. It was very clean and comfortable, good value for the money we paid . Staff were very pleasant and breakfast was good

When I actually booked it wasn't clear to me that it wasn't ensuite - toiler and shower on next floor - not great for a single female. Room was very small - fine for one night but I wouldn't like to be sraying a few days in it

Great location near to King Cross station just 3mins walk away which is connected to almost every tube line available. Very convenient for people who need to change trains to go other parts of England. Reception staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave good suggestions on where to go and eat.

Rooms are very small though and bed is like smaller than a queen-size for a double room. Bedsheets not really that clean and the window in the room even though shut you could still feel abit of cold air seeping through. Price wise alittle steep for more like a b&b place but at least they provide a nice warm breakfast even though breakfast time was abit restrictive from 730-900 only.

Small but fair budget hotel. Sharing small bathroom and shower is a minus but location is great and for short stay I would recommend the hotel.

Price. A little steep for a small room that was not en-suite nor with any tea/coffee making facilities

The location was perfect for us, very conveniently located. And when it was time to leave to catch the euro star train to Paris from st pancreas it was so easy to get to. Highly recommended as had all the essentials we needed. Thanks again to all the staff.

один туалет на три номера!такого я еще не видела!!!(((и это за 77 фунтов!!!!зверообразный персонал заставил нас ждать почти час, хотя мы приехали полтретьего.уезжали в шесть-рецепшен закрыт, все спят...а как на счет приезжающих??

Ótima opção para uma visita à cidade, com boa localização,sem pagar muito. Quartos limpos e confortáveis e, mesmo com quarto de banho partilhado nunca tivemos de esperar nem razão de queixa da limpeza. Toalhas impecáveis e gel de banho disponível. Pequeno almoço farto e bem servido (sem ser buffet) e todo o pessoal muito simpático e prestável. Hotel com muito boas condições para a gama económica.

Havia uma saída de emergência no quarto, com um vidro fosco por onde entrava demasiada luz. Devia haver ali uma cortina.Por vezes o tempo de espera para o pequeno-almoço é longo.
