De ligging, vlakbij King's Cross station & tube. Prima familiekamer met goede badkamer, grote tv en ramen die open kunnen.

Als buitenlander betaal je 3% bovenop de rekening als je met creditcard of pinpas betaalt. Wij moesten met z'n tienen meer dan 1500 pond betalen, dus dat trek je ook niet cash uit de muur.

Het was jammer dat de toilet en de badkamer niet op de etege was waar we sliepen. Wij hebben er niet heel veel problemen mee gehad de wc en de badkamer was eigenlijk zelden bezet als we er moesten zijn.

The location, staff is very friendly, the hotel is nice and clean.

Shared bathroom is not the top. But it can go anyway if you settle. :)

Its proximity to King's Cross /St Pancras station was excellent! Breakfast was great and the service was always very courteous.

I was a little disappointed that we had to ask for additional toilet paper. No big deal, but it seems like something very basic thing to check & replenish every morning. The shampoo dispenser did not work very well, we removed the lid and scooped shampoo with our fingers.

We stayed in an apartment which is located a five minute walk from the hotel. The staff drove us and our luggage to the apartment, with one god double bed and three beds in a separate room. Located close to Kings Cross/St Pancras Station, great if you arrive with Eurostar. Great English breakfast and very friendly staff. A good starting point for a family going to London.

We were charged a 3% credit card fee when we paid the bill - they did inform us when we checked in, but as far as I can see there is no information about this on the website.

The family room we stayed in was excellent. Comfortable, clean and warm, and the television, wifi and tea and coffee were appreciated. Very clean, and a great en suite. Great location beside King's Cross station. Staff are very friendly.

Breakfast not great if you're vegetarian or vegan. Cereal and beans on toast and tea or coffee, but nice to enjoy on a cold morning!

Location next to major train stations and tube stop makes it ideal for getting around London. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel.

The room had 2 twin beds and a full size bed for a family with an 11 and 13 year old so the bed space as on the smallish side but still very manageable.

Friendly staff, full english breakfast, very convenient location if you are travelling via King's Cross/St Pancras, clean, comfortable beds, well heated, pretty quiet. Bed light good for reading.

Exterior bathroom not on the same floor. Very little choice if you don't want the full english breakfast (which didn't have tomatoes.) Fairly expensive for rather cramped room - room is really for sleeping in rather than relaxing in.

Warm cosy room, good location, right next to the kings cross station, good budget accommodation, clean shared bathroom facilities and great breakfast!

Room was quite small for 2 people and luggage

Breakfast was an unexpected bonus and was served in a friendly and professional way in a small but more than adequate breakfast room. I had a basic single room and you get what you pay for, it was small, but clean and perfect for one or two nights stay. I didn't need any more space an it was just the job. Well located near Kings Cross station and easy to access most areas in London

We found this hotel to be clean, comfortable, friendly and excellent value + within 2/3 minutes (walking distance) from St. Pancreas/King's Coss Stations.

The manager/owner was very friendly and helpful. They looked after our bags for us for four hours before our check in time on the first day, and for six hours after check out on the next day. The bathroom and room were clean (carpet well-used) and the breakfast very nice. If you are out all day, It's a nice place to stay - the location is brilliant for Central London. Good luck to them!

Nothing to dislike, really.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and responsive. The English breakfast was a great way to start the day (other options like cereal, yogurt and muffins are available, as well). Conveniently located near Kings Cross/St Pancras stations. Family room (5 people) was large with great tv, sinks in room and closet/storage place. Free wireless is available and you can print if needed. Luggage storage is available before check in and after check out. Overall a great place to stay.

My kids were concerned about the "shared" bathroom. It was right next door to our room and there was only one occasion over 4 nights that we had to wait to use the shower. Very normal set up for Europe and my kids agree this was the best hotel we stayed at while in Europe, even with the shared bathroom.

We stayed at a studio, which was really amazing and clean. It was really near king's cross tube station allowing us to easily access the most turistic sites of the city. The staff was really helpful.

The breakfast is a bit poor, no cheese or ham available, for instance. The mattress was too sfot.

Good heating in the room. Friendly service in the reception. They provided me with lactose free milk specially for me for the breakfast. Clean rooms.

Lack of toilets inside the room or even on the same floor. Had to walk and up two set of stairs or down two set of stairs to access toilet.

Good Hospitality. Location - Walking distance to metro and train stations (within 200 metres). Good introduction to B&B (first time expereience).

A 3% surcharge was added on top of the Booking.com total amount for Visa payments. The hotel manager informed us to claim this 3% surcharge from Booking.com. This is a real inconvenience.

Very convenient location near St. Pancras and Kings Cross stations; friendly and professional staff, fantastic value for money.

Location was excellent for arriving at kings cross, and also very good for easy access to London Underground transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and well laided out, the only negative point was the room was situated away from main building and if u wanted breakfast you had to walk 200 yards up the road to the main building to eat and breakfast finished at 9am so never ever made it, but I would recommend staying there again.

A block from Kings Cross.

I was disappointed the room had no ensuite. Wouldn't have stayed here had I known. My fault, however, no ensuite was clearly on my reservation.

Friendly staff, small but comfortable room, short walk from Kings Cross Station making it very handy for any one catching Eurostar or coming from Heathrow. Very nice breakfast

Would have preferred if one side of bed was not against wall but for the money and being in centre of London, you cant have everything.
