Everything was good
Wonderful. Position for Pavilion at Plymouth
Two many stairs would request first floor next
very near to pavillions, town hoe and everything
We stayed overnight to attend our son's Royal Navy Passing Out Parade in Tor Point the owner was attentive, the room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is great for heading to the City Centre and 5 minutes drive from the Tor Point Ferry. We would definitely use it again.
very friendly,clean and enjoyable
beds were really really comfortable bathroom was very clean mints at reception were a nice touch location was quiet
Stairs were a bit of climb after a night on the tiles! Would have been good to have had a spare blanket in the room
I loved that it was 5 minutes from pavalions when saw show there and not long to hoe also
Great value and so clean and modern
Staff good breakfast good
Lack of parking
Friendly staff, brilliant location.
Would have liked grilled breakfast instead of everything fried.
My sister and I agreed this was the perfect place to stay for our two nights in Plymouth. Clean, comfortable and quiet, and only a short walk into the centre. Sally and Keith were the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble. We will certainly stay again.
All good, no problems.
Convenient location, Helpful owners, Good breakfast Reasonable price
No ensuite bathroom
Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good bedding. Fine location.
No elevator. A little problem if your room is on the top floor. I was givven the famely room on the first floor. A little too small bathroom. For the rest quite a good small hotel.
I was travelling alone and really appreciated the single room rate! The was fine, very clean and warm. The breakfast was really very good, and served in a lovely breakfast room.
TV control was a challenge! (for me, anyway).
We came up from Cornwall to do Christmas shopping, place was very welcoming, we needed more milk and was brought plenty. Room was very nice, breakfast was very good with plenty on offer.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful.
The cleanliness and location!
a very warm welcome to a lovely guesthouse, well situated.
A very lovely B&B in a great location near to both the main town and the Barbican. The decor and facilities inside were well above the average for a place at this price so really good value.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room and breakfast were both excellent.
Good location and price, room was comfortable, clean and fresh. Local parking arrangement @£2.50 a day is great deal. Staff were pleasant but not engaging.
Noises pipes, noise from other residents getting up at 5.15 why were they in a room above us? If we were at Premier Inn it would have been a free 2nd night! Breakfast was ok but not anything special.
Location was great.. Very clean and a nice breakfast
The room was lovely a big, very clean. The bed was so comfy. Great location as I was going to the Pavillion and close to the shopping centre.
The owners were very friendly.upgraded us from a twin to double room without any fuss
Didnt dislike anything
