Holland Park Hotel  

Very comfortable bed, short walking distance to hammersmith apollo which was great for us. Car park very close by and only £5.00 for 24hrs which was excellent for central London.

Very small bathroom. Rooms deco ok, however the rest of the Hotel quite dated.

The room was cleaned very well every day. Breakfast every morning was cooked to order. The staff were friendly. Located just minutes from Shepherd's Bush tube and overground and Shepherd's Bush Market stations, it was a very convenient location. It was also just one block over from Westfield Shopping Mall where there are many food options, regular and high-end shops.

The bathroom was a little small so if you're a bigger person, it might be a challenge. You could hear noise from other rooms easily but I thought the guests are considerate of each other in that respect.

I like, above all, the cleanliness and the comfort of the room. The bathroom and the shower were absolutely untainted, and the bed was very comfortable and double although I was a solo traveller. The building is a beautiful house of two floors, and there is the big Westfield mall next to this street.

The location was perfect, but maybe too quite for young people. It takes only 20 minutes by underground to get to the city centre, but the real truth is that you have few places to take a beer in Sheperds Bush.

Good wifi connection, also people working here is very polite and kind, very close to tube station.

Breakfast! I`m vegetarian, so that was a little bit problematic to enjoy food. But for people who prefer meet, bacon, sausage is good, they will like it.

Kumar, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We went for breakfast one morning at the last minute while he still prepared it for us. The hotel location is very convenient. Tube station, shopping mall, restaurants are within 5mins walk. Room is small and simple but the price GBP71/n is affordable considering accommodation in London very expensive. If you dont expect too much, you will be happy with this b&b

Bathroom too small

Staff were so friendly, beds were the best we've slept in wanted to bring them home! Breakfast was amazing . Location for O2 shepherds bush fantastic!

Thin walls meant noisy neighbours kept us awake.

The staff were friendly,helpful and efficient. It is a budget hotel but the bed was exceptionally comfortable for any standard hotel( i have slept in worse at 5* hotels) the room was exceptionally clean and everything worked.

Tiny bathroom

Location is within 5 min walk to two tubes station.Makes moving around easy. If you just want a clean place to sleep.

The bathroom are tiny, it works for us but if you are a big person it will be a very very tight squeeze. Its very basic, although a bit of service would be nice. We had to leave earlier than our booking, because of an emergency. With 5 nights already paid for, a simple request to call a taxi was meet with "here are the cards for the company, you can call them your self sir" .. really you are getting 5 nights paid for without having to do anything else, the least you could do is pick up the phone and call for a taxi it does not cost that much. So if you decide to stay here don't expect too much in term of service.

Very nice Hotel for those who want good quality and low price and for those who needs hotel just for sleep over because beds in this hotel are perfect for good rest. Near the hotel are some fast food restaurants like McDonald and KFC. Good connection with center of the city, 5min to go to the nearest substation and around 20 min to go with subway to the Westminster station.

I've stayed here twice now, and would do so again. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds very comfortable. The rooms have all the basic facilities you get in chain hotels, but at a lower cost. Jim's is very convenient for anywhere around Shepherds Bush, or Hammersmith. It's situated in a relatively quiet road, just off the main road, so it's not noisy at night, but has shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. It's situated between two tube stations, only a 2 minute walk to either, so very convenient. You get a good breakfast too, which is included in the price.

I have nothing negative to say about Jim's, it was all fine.
