Close to airport - no fuss or delay for checking out - very good for this Very noisey as in the car park of the pub, i.e. front of rooms used as a smoking shelter, groups talking/shouting when leaving the pub |

Close location to town centre On arrival, we were challenged about the age of our children (16 and 20), as the hotel has doesn't accept children, which I had failed to notice at the time of booking. However, most 16 year olds would regard themselves as young adults, rather than children. The hotel should say explicitly that they do not want under 18's. The location of the hotel is noisy due to traffic noise and customers using the adjacent pub. The walls are thin and you are able to hear what is going on the next door room. |

It was in a quiet village but with easy access to brighton town centre by bus, or the bus stop to London was on the other side of the road. Always nice to stay somewhere with a family pub in the grounds, very relaxing. The a23 ran right outside our window, the double glazing blocked out the noise fine but it was very noticeable when you opened windows for fresh air. |

It was very basic wooden extension to a pub; it was absolutely fine for our needs, clean and local to the people we were visiting. I think it was a bit pricey for a room only. The double bed was two singles pushed together and the single mattresses laying the opposite way so you had a big ridge under your bottom where the mattresses met horizontally. Very uncomfortable and an odd thing to do. |

The staff were helpful & the room was clean. The room was one of a row in the pub car park and alongside a busy road. This made it quite noisy.The rooms were not soundproof so we could hear the conversations of the people in the next room. We had already booked & paid for one nights stay at the beggining & end of our holiday so we did not have the option of canceling. |

Rooms were very modern clean and comfortable. Parking was great and right outside the room. Being next to a pub a bonus and no at all noisy. Pity there is no breakfast available but the cafe up the road is great and very reasonable. |

The room was new, very clean. The staff was very pleasent. I suggest this lodge to everyone have a flight from Stansted in the early morning. The price of the taxi from there to the airport is 12£, but is possible also to get the train. |

Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Perfecte bedden. Gezellige Pub. Koffie en theefaciliteiten. Ruime badkamer ( kamer 6 ) Zeer gunstig gelegen t.o.v. het centrum, de bus en het treinstation. Ligt aan een vrij drukke weg maar daar hebben wij geen overlast van ondervonden. |

La ducha caliente. Muy proximo al aeropuerto de Stanstead. Esta bien si uno tiene un vuelo pronto por la mañana. Son habitaciones de diseño muy simple. Me faltaba algo de trato personal. |

Trevlig personal och ett vänligt bemötande. Rummen ligger i en liten byggnad bredvid pubben så det går att tillbringa en trevlig kväll där. Pubben är riktigt mysig. |
