well located... Old fashioned. Noisy. Bad air quality in the rooms! One can hardly fit the luggage in the elevator as it is so tiny. the bed is very bad quality! not worth the price you pay!!! even in London! |

The location was perfect - good access to Green Park and the staff were very friendly and helpful. On-site parking was especially useful and the reason I picked the hotel |

The location of the hotel was very convenient for my locations of work which range from Whitehall to the Strand Decoy looks somewhat tired. Staff managed to book me into the same room as someone else (and both our key cards worked!). Ignored by receptionist completely when trying to check out. |

The comfortable beds, the size of the room, the staff are brillant reception, chamber staff and lounge and porters. The style of the front hall is so beautiful. Its uplifting. Its near everything we want to see, Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Tate Britain. Not having a breakfast in the price! |

The excellent, friendly staff A little disappointed about seating at breakfast. I know you like to lay up tables for lunch, but that can be done once service of breakfast is over. Did not enjoy been crowded together with others near to the door. |

Situation and quiet area No hot water for about 24 hours, understand it was a "one off " technical failure. Information on payment confusing, voucher for breakfast, £10 if bought from reception, £17 if bought on entry to Dining Room. Only Buffet breakfast available currently. |

the character of the building although a little shabby in places The water from the shower was luke warm and I would have liked to have been offered a tea pot that i could have filled rather than keep getting up to fill my cup. |

The lobby (bar), the quality and quantity of the snacks served there and helpful staff. The location. The distance from my room to the reception / restaurant. Lack of tea/coffee facilities in room. Vegetarian sausages offered on room- service menu, not available for breakfast. The tea at breakfast. |
