Set in a Georgian townhouse in Victoria, Jubilee Hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Victoria Rail Station. It offers continental breakfasts and fast Wi-Fi, and the shops of Knightsbridge are a 15-minute walk away. The bright and airy rooms at the Jubilee feature colorful linens and fresh towels. All rooms have an en suite bathroom and tea and coffee facilities, and each also has a TV for guests to enjoy. A continental breakfast is served daily, as well as a range of fruit juices and cereals. There is a selection of restaurants and cafes just meters away, and the hotel has a 24-hour reception service for late access. The family-run Jubilee Hotel is located in a quiet area, within walking distance of many of London’s main attractions. Buckingham Palace is a 10-minute stroll away, and fashionable Pimlico can also be reached in 10 minutes. Hotel Rooms: 25

I strongly recommend not to use this hotel. This hotel is extreamly bad and fraudulent quality. These are my experiences in this hotel. -A clerk (lady) is brusque and rude. Whatever I asked to her, all she said was, "I am busy!!!" -Even though we stayed 4 nights, they did not change the bed linens. -The heater did not work during night, and sometimes they turned off. My children and I caught cold. -The bath room was VERY dirty and small. I have NEVER seen such fusty bath. -The breakfast was VERY poor. It was only very thin toast, coffee, small glass of orange juice and yogurt. You may feel the hotel offers inexpensive accommodation, but it is definitely expensive in the category at this hotel's level. I will never revisit this hotel.

The location was fantastic as we were travelling into victoria coach station. The staff were friendly and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was dirty in places and there were serious cracks running along the length of the bedroom walls. there were cobwebs in the corners of the bedroom.

Room was very basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were sullen, not a smile between them. Interior has poor decor and in need of a lick of paint.

The closeness to the Victoria Underground and buses. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Though the rooms were small they were clean and the shower had good hot water. Having a hot pot with tea in the room was a plus. The staff even offered to do my laundry for a small fee. They also booked me on a ride back to Heathrow at the end of my stay. In addition, I was taking a trip in the middle of my visit to London and they stored my extra suitcase for me. The rooms are currently being renovated and when completed the rooms will be much nicer. Lack of a lift but I understand that is not the hotel's fault. The shower water control was hard to adjust to get a hot but not scalding temperature. The room phones only connected to the Reception Desk and had no outside line available.

Available very last minute Way too small of room, no soap, no air-conditioning, hotel staff were very rude, for a "bed and breakfast," the breakfast options were very limited (bread and cereal) and it was only offered for 1.5 hrs. Overall a poor experience for the price.

Cheap, quiet accommodation close to Victoria Station. Would probably book again if nothing else available. Sullen staff. Would it hurt to smile? Tv not working and dirty sheets.

Great value for money. It was clean and we had a comfortable stay (beds extremely comfy). It was very close to the tube and the theatres in Victoria. It had 24 hour access. We could leave our bags during the day we checked out until 10pm so we could go sight seeing. Generally the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was - cereal, yoghurt, toast, tea/coffee, oj. Would of been nice to have something more like ham and cheese but with the price we couldn't really complain. Would have been nice if breakfast was until 10:30 instead of 9:30. The waitress in the morning could of done with a smile on her face.

We liked the location. The hotel was in poor shape, very worn down. The walls were paper thin, so you could hear every bit of noise coming from the other rooms. The breakfast was very poor aswell, and staff weren't very polite. Eventhough the roomrate was low, it was still too high for a hotel in this category. We will definately not stay at this hotel again, and therefore not recommend it to anyone.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very strategic, within minutes to Victoria Station, Harrods etc. Even though the room is a bit small, but it is ok. Will stay here again.

The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from Victoria station, which is ideal if you are using the trains/underground to see other attractions. We were only at the hotel for a short time but upon returning on the first night, we were greeted by strong paint fumes. The room next door to ours (43) was being decorated, there were no signs indicating wet paint and my sons new jacket was covered in white paint as the two doors are virtually joined together. The management was very unhelpful and unwilling to acknowledge that there was a smell let alone the obvious smeared paint on the jacket. They made a very little and unacceptable recompense for this after much conversation. The next morning, we were greeted very coldly as this is a family run business. The hotel boasts b&b but were reluctant to give a glass of milk for my 3 yr old son for breakfast. Would not stay there again.

The staff were very helpful. It is very near the Victoria Station (just 5 mins walk). Our flight landed at Heathrow airport and we stayed the night here. We needed to catch a flight at Gatwick airport the next day. It is very convenient because we can just take the Gatwick Express train from the Victoria Station. It took us aboot 30 mins to reach there. No lifts.

The proximity to Victoria coach station and the cleanlieness of the rooms. The stairs to all bedrooms were many and very steep, and we had no plug in the wash basin.
