Good location

Does not reflect image and service as outlined on your website. Offers a very basic and minimal service. Having booked through your website there is no cancellation opportunity when one actually arrives and is confronted with what is actually on offer. It's a take it or leave it , and pay, situation. Very low level of presentation . You should remove from your website!

The staff was very kind even he's always takling on the phone. The room was nice,we had an enough big TV there. And most of all,the breakfast was great.Cereal,cookie,tea,toast with jam and butter,and yogurt,orange juse.

First of all,the internet connection did'nt work well in my room.I got wifi,but I could'nt get to the connection. So I did it in the breakfast room.

Exceptional value for money. Freshly redecorated. Clean and well maintained. Multi-channel tv - not very common in lower price hotels. Convenient to Victoria Station and central London. Courteous staff. A good continental breakfast.

The location is very good. Rather quiet.

Absence of the lift. I had to go upstairs on the fourth floor with my suitcase . The room is to be renovated.

Only there for one night, single room, needed freshing up paint wise was tacky and needed cleaning, tiny but comfortable. Morning staff at breakfast served you on her mobile phone throughout the service, having not spoken to you at all. No good skills very rude I thought. Good location.

We liked the location.

The hotel was in poor shape, very worn down. The walls were paper thin, so you could hear every bit of noise coming from the other rooms. The breakfast was very poor aswell, and staff weren't very polite. Eventhough the roomrate was low, it was still too high for a hotel in this category. We will definately not stay at this hotel again, and therefore not recommend it to anyone.

Moquette, ma a Londra è la tipica pavimentazione!!!

La Ubicación és lo mejor. Cerca de Victoria Station y de la Salida de autobuses hacia los aeropuertos. La ubicació és lo millor que te. Està aprop de l'estació Victoria i dels autobusos que van als aeroports.

Buffff mil cosas 1. "simpatia" de los empleados brutal. --son pakis-- 2. Desayuno pobre, No !! lo siguiente... 3. 4 plantas pero.....sin ascensor !!!! 4. Habitaciones.... de muñecas. 5. WC para personas con la talla 32 6. Agua caliente ..... que es??????? 7. Jabon de ducha..... el que te traigas tu xd 8. Sabanas.... andan solas si quieres .... DESCUBRELO ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Animos ! ! ! !

La comodità alla stazione degli autobus da/per l'aeroporto, la vicinanza ai principali luoghi di interesse (Buckingham Palace dista appena 10 minuti a piedi), la cordialità dello staff, la camera semplice ma essenziale e il prezzo relativamente basso.

Il bagno e il lavandino formato mignon, ma per un soggiorno breve ci si adatta tranquillamente, dal momento che si sta in giro tutto il giorno e in hotel si rientra solo la sera per dormire.
