The location by Victoria was very good

Room was extremely basic with a very hard bed and very thin pillows with no option for extras. The bathroom was so small that to sit on the toilet you had to have the door open. The staff were uninterested and not bein allowed to take your hotel key out of the hotel, I did not like that!

Juat 7 minutes away from major Bus and Rail connections. Close to many turist, shopping and entertainment areas.

Rooms small and poorly laid out. Shower hard to adjust and risk of scalding. Wifi poor on first floor and having to pay hourly rate for it.

The location is very good. Rather quiet.

Absence of the lift. I had to go upstairs on the fourth floor with my suitcase . The room is to be renovated.

Cheap, quiet accommodation close to Victoria Station. Would probably book again if nothing else available.

Sullen staff. Would it hurt to smile? Tv not working and dirty sheets.

Effectve, effient servie, fast service at breakfast, Tea making faciliies. LCD TV, staff brusque but action oriented and helpful in solving pblms (I did not get a VAT receipt on paying so they sent one on).

Mattress somewhat uncomfortable. Bed/bedding appeared short.

The closeness to the Victoria Underground and buses. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Though the rooms were small they were clean and the shower had good hot water. Having a hot pot with tea in the room was a plus. The staff even offered to do my laundry for a small fee. They also booked me on a ride back to Heathrow at the end of my stay. In addition, I was taking a trip in the middle of my visit to London and they stored my extra suitcase for me. The rooms are currently being renovated and when completed the rooms will be much nicer.

Lack of a lift but I understand that is not the hotel's fault. The shower water control was hard to adjust to get a hot but not scalding temperature. The room phones only connected to the Reception Desk and had no outside line available.

La Ubicación és lo mejor. Cerca de Victoria Station y de la Salida de autobuses hacia los aeropuertos. La ubicació és lo millor que te. Està aprop de l'estació Victoria i dels autobusos que van als aeroports.

Buffff mil cosas 1. "simpatia" de los empleados brutal. --son pakis-- 2. Desayuno pobre, No !! lo siguiente... 3. 4 plantas pero.....sin ascensor !!!! 4. Habitaciones.... de muñecas. 5. WC para personas con la talla 32 6. Agua caliente ..... que es??????? 7. Jabon de ducha..... el que te traigas tu xd 8. Sabanas.... andan solas si quieres .... DESCUBRELO ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Animos ! ! ! !

La comodità alla stazione degli autobus da/per l'aeroporto, la vicinanza ai principali luoghi di interesse (Buckingham Palace dista appena 10 minuti a piedi), la cordialità dello staff, la camera semplice ma essenziale e il prezzo relativamente basso.

Il bagno e il lavandino formato mignon, ma per un soggiorno breve ci si adatta tranquillamente, dal momento che si sta in giro tutto il giorno e in hotel si rientra solo la sera per dormire.

La vicinanza a Victoria Station, che consente di raggiungere i punti principali della città, rappresenta il valore aggiunto di questo Hotel... Le tariffe sono poi ragionevoli rispetto allo standard londinese...

Alcune camere sono di dimensioni piuttosto ridotte e conseguentemente anche i bagni sono alquanto angusti...
