Jubilee Hotel

It's in a good location, close to Victoria Station and easy to find. It's also quiet (at least at night!) and good for sleeping.

The breakfast wasn't very generous.

Photos and 360° video tours of rooms on their website are rather old as rooms have obviously not been maintained (curtains went from white to grey...) but given the location and prices in London, this is good value for money. Just make sure you keep your credit card receipt as receptionists change and one of them said we did not pay (this was just a misunderstanding but better be safe).

Comfortable beds - 24 hour access - good check-in staff.

surly breakfast service with broken yogurt pots and dirty jam/marmalade pots clearly rarely emptied and washed. Coffee was awful. Did not really want to eat anything there

I liked the location and that it was in a nice area of town, very convenient to get around. The room was very cramped, which was unexpected but it was alright.

The cleaning lady kicked us out at 10:15 in the morning when we had been informed (both online and at check-in) that we did not have to check out of our room until 11. The other staff was fine, but the cleaning lady was quite rude.

Very tiny rooms and no lift

The ensuite room was fine but I was put in a basic room for the first night. They did compensate me adequately on price though. The hotel is in a great location - easy access to most of London and it was quiet at night.

Nous avons eu une chambre avec un lit de 2 et un lit de 1. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la station de métro Victoria, qui est à 5 minutes à pied (avec un Burger King et un Krispy Kreme dans la gare). Le quartier est plutôt calme et vous avez un pub sympa qui donne des concerts tous les jeudi soirs à l'angle de la rue en remontant vers Victoria.

La douche n'est pas très propre et la salle de bains est très petite. Il n'y a pas de petit frigo si vous avez des produits frais. On entend assez fort les clients des chambres voisines et les personnes qui circulent dans la rue, mais après une bonne journée de marche, vous êtes tellement fatigués que vous ne vous en rendez même pas compte !
