Room was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Relaxing and friendly

Food was very good. Clean tidy room which was good value for money. Very friendly staff. Really good atmosphere.

Parking was a bit tight

bedrooms very small and dated. Bathroom tiny and outdated.

The staff were excellent and the breakfast was brilliant. I wish we had the opportunity to eat in the restaurant. The room was clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries.

Could have had more tea and coffee readily available in the room.

We enjoyed staying at Judd's Folly, it was value for money, clean, had the facilities we needed, staff were both friendly and helpful and we will be staying there again in the near future. Also have recommended to a family who will also stay there soon.

had a broken sleep because it seems that something was banging on the scaffolding outside and intermittently through the night something would "clang" on the metal scaffolding. But it can't be helped. still a nice hotel.

The accommodation & staff was very friendly & welcoming, with meals that were just as inviting.

We could not stay for a longer visit.

Convenient for my purpose. Excellent welcome continued thru stay.

Friendly staff and excellent food

I liked the hotel all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is well laid out, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is very grand with a central bath, plenty of space and lots of hot water. We dined in two nights, both very good and a reasonable price. The setting is good, surrounded by fields, even though it is on the busy a2.

One small dislike. The bacon at breakfast was not nice at all, I wonder if the chef cooked a job lot at start of serving, we were at the end of service. I asked for lightly cooked bacon on the third morning came back just the same, I did not eat it, what a waste! Disappointing too.

Great that they accepted our dog and the room was on the ground floor which was better for us.

Nothing it was fantastic as ever

Breakfast was excellent and served in a very friendly manner.We had two excellent evening meals.

Room was basic. No telephone to call reception for help. Water took ages to run warm in the wash basin. Not too happy to have staff standing outside smoking whilst on their breaks. (Though understand their problem.)

Breakfast was fab. Rooms were clean with good tv and coffee making facilities. Surrounded by countryside so would be lovely in good weather. My room had fresh, attractive decor.

The motel-style was a surprise although I am sure was probably mentioned on the website. I thought the outside appearance of the buildings was disappointing so first impressions weren't positive. Not helped by freezing weather.

Love the staff - they are so wonderfully helpful and friendly. Excellent V4M. Food is excellent ... especially breakfast

Being greeted by friendly staff ,alway,s stay at THE JUDD FOLLY,when we are in the area ,lovely setting, have stayed in a budget room before, but well worth paying a little extra for superier room.We wish CHRIS /JASON the very best for the future venture ..DEIRDRE
