The location was really good for public transport links.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the walls were thin.

Clean, modern room. Comfortable bed and great shower. Excellent, calm location.

We booked a superior deluxe room and expected it to be a little fancier than a basic double room. However, it was nothing particular: just a normal and surprisingly small hotel room. A fridge would have been nice.

Location in Paddington/Notting Hill so you feel the comfort of being in London's greatest neighborhoods, yet less than 15 minutes from the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, and housekeeping was immaculate.

My room had a few dings and old spots of peeling ad erosion. The night staff can be a bit curt but everyone else was very warm and welcoming.

excellent location near tube stations . quiet location away from main road . staff are extremely helpful . deluxe rooms are very spacious and comfortable .

showers need upgrading to power showers . Mini-bar would be a good idea . room got a bit dusy towards end of the week such as the sofa and dark flooring .

Nice room, good aesthetics, good location.

We asked for a double bed and actually got two single beds pushed together.

Quiet area of London, easy walk to a street full of restaurants and shops.

Very small room and bathroom, but it was London afterall.

When we were first shown to our 'deluxe' room we were very disappointed as it was very small and I phoned reception to ask if this was really the best room available. Within minutes a member of staff was at our door and took me to see 4 other available rooms. We chose a much larger room and he immediately went and moved our luggage to our new room. Great service !!!

-convenient location and proximity to metro stations. -quiet street overlooking the trees of Queens Gardens. -contemporary decor and furnishings.

-rooms are quite small. -sound insulation between rooms is inefficient. Noises between rooms can be easily heard. -Our room was directly above the entrance to the hotel.Unfortunately, the smokers all stand outside the front entrance smoking and their cigarette smoke wafts through the window of our bedroom. Not pleasant!!

The location is just great! 5 minutes to wonderful Kensington Gardens with squirrels, swans and other birds! 10 minutes walking to Queensway underground station and 10 minutes to Paddington station. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The hotel has a nice hall with oriental scent.

In reality my room was twice smaller than in the picture, like 6-8 m2 with low ceiling. Just a small single bed and a small table, nothing else. Wifi was really unstable. And there was no sound isolation -I heard every single step of my upper neighbor, with some kind of a loud echo. For this high price the breakfast is not included. If the price was lower, that would not be a problem, but honestly, I would rate the hotel as 3 stars, not 4.

We were going to a gig in Hyde Park and the Caesar couldn't have been situated better. Great room, really comfy bed and massive LED television, perfect for the World Cup whilst getting ready :-)

Breakfast was overly priced at £15 each (reduced to £12 on arrival) but there's plenty of places nearby for reasonably priced breakfast so not a massive problem.

    Good location

Nothing special. Expensive (but then again everything in this part of London is). Sales pitch for Breakfast / Dinner at check-in.

Location of the hotel is good, very close to Hyde Park and only short walks to nearby tube stations. The staff is nice and helpful.

The hotel itself is still ok but we liked it much better at our first visit 4 yrs ago. In the meantime the rooms are a bit outworn and shabby. In such London buildings one always hears to much noise from other rooms. Prices are (too) high for what you get, no good value for money. Breakfast is way too expensive as well.

The cleanliness. Polite and courteous staff. Good continental breakfast. Good room for a single room although my friend thought the rooms were small. (She has never booked a single room before in any hotel)

Staff could have been more knowledgeable on London. e.g. Could we get a bus to the Royal Albert Hall? Was further away from attractions than we would have liked. Told it would take us about 40mins to walk to The Ritz- took much longer!
