- Very good location, close to metro stations and good restaurants; - Clean and good attendants; - Very beautiful neighborhood.
- The breakfast is expensive; - little rooms
I liked the breakfast and the quiet location
The friendliness of staff was the best I've ever experienced, could not do enough for us. Would strongly recommend the restaurant if you are looking for high quality food. Walking distance of Hyde Park and Oxford St.
Only criticism would be no iron in the room.
lovely staff, very helpful
very small room. there was hardly room for the suitcase
Staff Location Wifi Cleanliness
clean, comfortable and we liked the location. Staff always helpful and we feel the area suits us well as we can get everywhere from the hotel using the tube.
Location is excellent. Staff were efficient and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are clean.
The standard double rooms are small. The first room we had was not getting warm as cold air was sweeping through the windows. Also the water was not going down the drain in the shower and was pooling up. I requested another room which was much better.
Had a lovely stay, bed was so comfortable a lovely little room.
There wasn't anything not to like but maybe with the balcony separate it because I walked into my neighbours balcony whilst they was in there. Also being by the lift it was a little nosy.
Broken bath, broken radiator
walking distance to 3 tube stations. Friendly staff. Very clean room, with clean towels and sheets, plenty of hot water.
The adjust ment for heating system was not easy.
The staff were so lovely and the room was really nice and spacious. I had previously spoke to the staff mentioning it was his birthday when I originally booked it and they even brought up cake which was great. Would defiantly recommend and 100% stay again
If I would really have to pick one thing it would be that the bed was the comfiest ive slept it, but it wasn't awful
The location was good and the style and design of the hotel was modern and very nice.
We got a deal on our stay so I appreciate we didn't pay full price, but we were put in a room where you would only want to stay one night, it was L shaped and so narrow the bed was squashed in so you could access from one side or had to climb in from the end. There was one small armchair and nowhere else to sit comfortably. The bathroom was absolutely freezing, so cold the only way to warm it up was by putting the air con temperature up in the room and leaving the door open, particularly as the radiator only turned on if the extractor/light was on. If I had paid full price I would not have been happy with the room. In terms of staff, they were helpful but there seemed to be a lot of staff around just not doing very much, we had to wait 15 mins to be served in the empty bar.
Hospitality, service, location, kindness
Very noisy (traffic, guests, etc) There are beter hotels for this price Small room
Too small a single room. Heating system could be better
The location, reception and staff
1 plug socket, no wifi, tiny room
liked the late check out time
the rooms and hall way very small. suited one night stay but not for more
The staff was friendly, efficient. Cleanliness. It is the 3rd time in a year that I stay at Ceasars London.
The room was very small for accommodating twin beds, 2 adults !
Nice hotel. Modern and Clean. Location was ok, nothing really aroubd it and underground is at least 10minutes away.
So, the "superior" double room is so small that 2 suitcases will take up all the floor space. You have to lay them on your bed to get anything out and even when standing they are in the way. Seriously small rooms & smallest I have ever stayed in. Hostels have been roomier. Also, the worst point about the hotel, 2 single beds where joined together to make a double bed using a double bed sheet. I complained to the hotel and they said that it was common practice for hotels around the world to do this. I have travelled a lot and never encountered this. The beds seperated all the time at night and my partner even fell through during the night! Funny! But not when your paying a lot when there are cheaper and better hotels ony be same area. We stayed for one night and then found somewhere better with better beds and closer to some life. Location, even though I put it at a plus point, is a bit boring. If you are visiting London then it is nowhere near anything and you will pay a lot for taxis and Undergroud. However it's good for just getting away from London.
The hotel location was superb, staff were very helpful, room was very clean the hotel was minutes away from the Hyde park, the underground and 20 minutes away from oxford street.
Great location for a quick stop over visit to London. The room we had was very clean and excellent value compared to other hotels in the same area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are very small particularly if you are used to American sized accomodation. The room we had #508 on the ground floor had noises of dripping water and water going through pipes the pipes all night.
The hotel was clean and modern, everything was perfect and better than expected. Had a lovely stay and will definetely be staying there again :-)
NOTHING! Everything was lovely which made my stay at the Caesar great one
Very quiet rooms (we were on 4th floor). Loved the décor. Staff very helpful. Lovely to have the bar for a late night drink.
The plug in the bathroom sink was a bit strange.... but apart from that, everything was wonderful - didn't want to go home!!!
No bottles water offered and no in-room amenities. TV remote not working properly.
Bed very hard Heating not on for arrival so room cold. Hairs in sink and shower. Dust on floor plus floor dirty as I spilt some water and mopped it up and tissue was black. No biscuits People smoking in area below room smoke coming into room
