Just location only I booked this hotel because my friends had advised it to me.But I made a big mistake in booking this hotel as it didn't meet any of my expectation. We stayed in a very small tiny room where you could move only if one of us was sitting in the bed. The bedroom was awfully small where one person only could hardly move inside. No bars. Tv had a little choice of channels. No pay movies. Wi-fi was 1 hour complementary only and after 1 hour you must buy access code from front desk at nearly 8 pounds a day!!! By the way internet didn't work for 3 days because of technical issues and hotel staff couldn't fix it!!! Breakfast had a little choice. If you come after 9 am there are nothing to eat, especially no croissants and bread were left. We found a nice cafe just outside the hotel where we could have breakfast for 6 pounds per person.I Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Hotel was clean and comfortable, the hotel staff were very friendly. Very quiet at night as it was in a residential area. Only a five minute walk from Hyde Park and very close to tube stations. I found the pillows to hard. When you check in they add a £50 extra in case of any damage which you are not told about when you book.

The staff is extremely helpful...the room is a bit small but is so clean & adequately comfort. The interior design for the hotel gives you ambience of a luxurious, prestigious hotel..The location is great ; where the hotel is few steps away from Hyde Park & Keingston Gardens ... In addition to the Bus stops &Lancaster Underground are as as well close by. The price is a bit high ...adding to the fact that breakfast wasn't included in the room rate

Clean, newly renovated room. English and Euro wall sockets in the room, so no need for an adaptor. No carpet! Clean laminate floors instead, so great for people with allergies.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Caesar Hotel. I stayed at another hotel in the area which was not available for this trip. I was prepared for the single room to be very small as reported by other reviews. I am not sure if I received a nicer room category that I paid for, but I had plenty of room! The bathroom was small but fully functional and well-maintained. The staff at the front desk was always helpful and pleasant. I am considering staying here again this summer for some leisure travel with my husband. Noise heard from hallway. Hard, thin pillows. Drafty window.

The staff were friendly and helpful -- it was great to check in to a nice welcome after a 13 hour flight and transit. The room was clean and functional, and the location is a bare 5 minutes stroll to Hyde Park, and major subway, bus and train stations. To Notting Hill and Oxford Circus is an easy 15 minute walk.

Very modern and clean, my room was very quiet too. Of course it was tiny, as always in a single room in London. And expensive...as always in London... The area is nice, near Bayswater, but quite far from any public transport and not so many good restaurant (or shops) around.

Very clean. Helpful and gracious staff. Excellent value. The room was very (very) small. But, it was an excellent London value near St. Pancreas rail station in a safe and convenient location.

This was one of the most friendly hotels we have ever stayed in, all members of staff were polite and professsional at all times. The hotel was extremley clean and fresh, the food was great and good value. We were both impressed by the breakfast, such a great selection and plenty of staff on hand to look after all the guests. When back in London we will be returning to The Caesar Hotel without a doubt. Thank you for making our weekend away such a treat. Mr & Mrs M Basford

Hotel staff and acommodations During our stay we had bought some m&m's as well as a magnet of the same store which was stollen from our room. A complaint was made at the hotel. We´ve been travelling all around the world, nothing similar had happenned before considering some hotels or hostels of lower quality.

Staff were very helpful, room was extremely clean and well serviced. Location excellent for us - 5-10min walk from Paddington station (off Heathrow Express) and 5min to Hyde Park for walk/run/relax. 4 tube stops within easy walking distance.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. We were not satisfied with the room allocated as it was on the ground floor and overlooked the centre of the building but they exchanged it for one on the third floor overlooking the treelined street without any bother.

In general hotel was good value for money, nearby there are 4 subway stations (appr. 10 min walk to each). Staff was attentative. Breakfast was not included in our booking and cost +13 pounds / person and was not value for money. Near Bayswater there is a Pret a Manger cafe, definitely recommended!

Location was the only thing I can say was the best, as its located very near to the centre of paddington. The cleanliness wasnt the best and the room was very basic, which I found very disappointing considering what I paid to stay there. The offer of breakfast was extortionate, £13 for continental £9.00 discount as a guest which is still expensive and £16.00 for an English breakfast. When asked if everything was ok at check out, I didnt really receive much of a response from the staff on duty, although I cant fault the staff on duty the previous evening when checking in. I would not stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room had a single, adjoining door to the room next door, so you could hear them talking and their tv quite loudly.

room walls are too thin. The housekeeping people start coming around and knocking at all the doors from 8.30am and this can be heard from the room. It is so annoying to stay in during this time. Even i did attempt to leave the 'do not disturb' sign out on my door and yet the housekeping came knocking at my door !. gym and sauna was disappointing.

Clean, orderly hotel affiliated to Miles & More. Good beds / matresses, and enough quiet for a good night's sleep. Staff eager to help. Excellent buffet breakfast for a very good price. In general, good value for money. The single rooms are quite small and there's no minibar. No free wi-fi, no parking.

“The Mornington included a breakfast in the price of the room. The breakfast was very nice indeed and really set us up for the day. If we had been paying for a breakfast separately I'm sure it would have been £10 or £15 each per day. Also the hotel was situated very close to the Lancaster Gate tube station and we were also able to walk across Hyde Park to get to Harrods etc.” Jeff, Newtownards |

“Excellent staff and location, the staff are the No1 factor for a stay at this hotel. The location close to the city centre and transport connections is excellent. Oxford Street is within walking distance (15-20 mins) and Queensway is only 5 minutes away for reasonably priced restaurants. ” Gerry, Kilcock |
