Beware of this hotel!!! They have rooms in the basement and ground floor. They gave me a room in the basement near the entrance to the kitchen! It was horrible and I had to flee out of this hotel!!! Nothing to like |

Nice, trendy hotel The Bathroom was too small , I could not close the door easily when I was in the bathroom. Secondly I asked for a taxi , the hotel stuff called for an Private Taxi which charged me gbp 15 for a short distance. By normal taxi, it would be max 8 gbp |

I thought breakfast was quite good and appreciated being able to check in early due to taking a red eye flight. The room was a bit small. |

Simply put it's a modern hotel. With not that many frills... the TV system was horrible btw... and no free Wifi... that would put them top on my list if they done that. Very good location. I will come back. The pillows! Sorry, not fluffy, more like a flat sausage? Sounds horrible I know.. but it's the truth.. also the single beds where small in width. But that's normal for hotels I know.. maximum use of space. |

The area was really nice, the METRO station was around 7 minutes walk, the hotel was new and stylish The room was incredibly small. The bed was not double, but an oversized single. There was no space even to place your luggages!!! I propose to upload pictures of ,these rooms to their site, as the rooms which are shown are totally different...Additionally when we arrived we waited a couple of hours to prepare our room... |

I believe the welcome at reception was good and efficient and the location is convenient for my business needs. I would certainly not stay at this hotel with my family. The rooms were quite small and the bathroom fan did not work. the toiletries where rudimentary and the towels hard. the reception area is pretty poor and unwelcoming. it may be suitable in europe or spain, but the contemporary styling seems to the UK client just cheap and taky. it is also very dark and difficult to find. |

Relatively good location I booked a room online and was suprised to find that the room allocated to us was in the basement. To reach the room we had to walk through the restaurant and through several spooky stairs and corridors. During the night we could hear rats running around in the ceiling. |

The central London location We booked an executive room but wer placed in a basic room without explanation. When challenged staff attempted to convince us the room was as booked. After calling his bluff I was offerd a free English breakfast. Very dissapointing |

Easy 5 minute walk from Paddington for District and Circle, and Lancaster Gate for Central - about 15-20 min tube to city centre attractions. Quiet location on mainly residential street - far quieter than most inner-city hotels. Deluxe room (extra £10) was large, nicely decorated and clean. Double-size shower, but only a normal head so not really for sharing. Very few English staff, although foreign staff did speak reasonably fluent English. Street-level room did result in a little noise from pedestrians during the day, but none at night and little to no traffic. |

good value for money. 4star hotel for the price of a 3star hotel. Single room is small, but not tiny. the hotel has been recently renovated and looks polished. Baywater district where the hotel is situated is great! calm, with a lot of parks, but close to all main attractions. The only drawback I can mention is that the hotel is not that close to the tube. |

The bar was good. The rooms were small, bathroom tiny, minimal furnishings, cold, few bedclothes, TV didn't work properly, food in restaurant unexciting. |

A lovely lobby . Staff very friendly .It was situated close to underground and Kensington gardens which was nice. I thought room was very small even though it was a standard double and were on the basement floor with a view of a brick wall! which wasn't too inviting! |

Hotel is in the center of London. Used materials are high quality. Price is lower than the hotels in the same region. Rooms are very very small. |

Location, staff were helpful and friendly, room was very clean, modern, the hotel was welcoming, We emailed and asked for twin beds, but arrived to find we were still in a double. The room was a little on the compact side, but for the price and location it was good. |

The staff were very helpful and polite. There was a large gap around the window frame, which caused the room to be quite cold. |
